Car came out nice and clean The kid in the booth knows a lot about cars. He is really friendly and helpful. Always smiling and seems like he enjoys working there. I can see this kid going places in this business. Keep it up kid you’re going to go far with that attitude you have. I think he said his name was Vince.

Came in and the staff was really friendly and professional. The Manager did my detail and did a great job. Moses was very helpful with explaining to me about the packages and was just a pleasure to talk too. These two together make a great team I’m happy they switched the ladies they didn’t know a lot about car washes or customer service.

How does this place only have 3.6 stars??? Oh my god I had THE BEST experience here… they detailed my suv and I seriously think it’s cleaner now than when I drove out of the dealership with it.
Not just the detailing but the customer service is stellar. Bravo Dream guys!

Been a carwash member for about a year now and love the exterior wash. Had a Mini Detail done and Sebastian ROCKED it! Car looks and smells GREAT! 💯 will do it again!

You can look and see not only do I go out of my way to do reviews but I make sure that great customer service is recognized… That said Dream Clean has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! This review is dedicated to your manager Cali. I came to the car wash yesterday… NEVER EVER IN THE HISTORY OF CAR WASH ESTABLISHMENTS have they required you to have a sticker on your windshield. The stickers Dream Car Wash has leaves the sticker film residue on the windshield and it’s a pain to try and get off - so I keep the sticker in the glove compartment.
Now mind you Moises is THE ASSISTANT MANAGER and didn’t say ONE WORD about my sticker not being on the windshield - NOT A WORD. Cali then proceeds to attempt to lecture me on it “being policy that the sticker has to be on your windshield…. NO HELLO, HOW ARE YOU, THANKS FOR YOUR BUSINESS….. After being told it was Dream Cleans policy Cali proceeded to tell me it was “EVERY CAR WASHES POLICY” (direct quote) to have the sticker in the windshield 🤔
Cali then wanted to argue about a policy that’s not even written and wanted to go back and forth and WOULDNT LET IT GO…… OVER A STICKER ON THE WINDSHIELD!!!
THEN IT GETS BETTER!!!! After I cleaned my car and thought about how rude Cali was I decided to cancel my membership. She was overly ecstatic to do so!! Had a smile on her face, said she’d get me taken care of RIGHT AWAY with a smile on her face - the normalcy you’d expect when you do business with any place you’re going to spend your money. The smile on her face cancelling my membership after being harassed confirmed that I will NEVER come back EVER to this car wash and if you’re reading this review I would recommend going anywhere else but here to get your car washed. (HARASSED meaning Cali went out of her way to attempt to start an argument and over what ?????)
Atomic Car Wash right down the street doesn’t care if you have the sticker in your windshield and I know that because I cancelled my membership and went right down the street and signed up for their membership - better wash and ALL OF THE VACUUMS work. And you won’t get any first time managers deciding you’re the lucky contestant on the Price is Right who they want to power play on a policy they made up in their head on the fly to harass you.
If anyone behind the scenes cares about the future of Dream Clean it would be in your best interest to allow Moises to be the manager. I saw someone spoke poorly on Moises and I He’s been there awhile, he treats ALL customers fairly and with respect. You’re losing your customers to Atomic down the street. Fix your vacuums and your managers attitude or Jiffy Lube will have more space to service more cars which wouldn’t be a bad thing (5 STARS ON THE JIFFY LUBE BTW THEIR AWESOME!!)
