You cannot find or access your routing number through their app. One day for grocery shopping I had not spent much money at all and nowhere near $500.00. Went grocery shopping and my card kept being declined when there was plenty of money and funds in my account. And like I said, I never reached a daily limit of $500. Not at all. The bank closed at 4 pm on a Friday. There is no live chat or customer service through the app either. Also there are no options to receive any notifications of fraud. Not text, not a phone call, not an email. The next thing you know you are unable to access your funds and use your money for an entire weekend. Also anytime you voice a concern or problem with the bank they blame you that it's your fault. During income tax time this bank made a huge mistake and did the wrong amount of money. I went in person to get it resolved and again they blamed me it was my fault. Not only that but I had to wait half a year to get my money back. The app is horrible, horrible customer service, they always blame the customer, no assistance, no help, no fraud alert, no verifications of any kind, can't find or locate routing number through the app, and they always make big mistakes. Worst bank ever. Extremely unprofessional. Take your money and run.

Every since they have updated/changed the online banking login. My elderly mother has been unable to access her account. Whether it be through online banking or through mobile banking. EDIT: Not “Mobile Banking” I meant to say, “BANK BY PHONE” when you call to get your balance, checks that have cleared, etc…She has called NUMEROUS times and has left messages with customer service. They call once & if they don’t get an answer, then you’re right back at the beginning. You have to call again & leave a message. This is THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I have ever come across!!! I have called for her MORE than she has. Same thing. Now it’s at the point, that no one calls back to assist. My Mother lives 1.5 hours away from this bank. And the only reason she has stayed with this bank is because she’s elderly and has been a customer SINCE 1976!!!!!!! This is crazy!! Since everything has been a mess, she has lost track of what bills are coming in & going out & how much money she has in her account. I am so angry with this establishment!! But, I will be taking my Mother there to finally close this account after 46 years!!

I have a good and trustworthy account manager that allows me to withdraw my profits anytime I want and I can monitor everything going on in my account when she is busy trading with her expert team and I don't have issues with pending withdrawals. I must admit that she's a very honest woman. I have no way of thanking her than letting people know about her services and recommend her for everyone to trade on her platform. I have took a lot of risk in forex/binary trading, I have been scammed different times with different account manager I lost so much on forex trading, I saw a good recommendation about miss loyce green on review talking about her good investment she have done, Still didn't believe her cause I was ripped severally, I was scared but I gave her a try of $500 BTC, she prove me wrong by giving me my profit after 5 day's of trading, now I'm happy with miss loyce green, she's legit and trustworthy person, you can give her a try.
