Horrible customer service. I asked to use the fitting room and she seemed annoyed coz she was folding some clothes and I bothered her to help me. After she opened the fitting room, I said thank u and she just walked away. Don’t come here. They don’t want your money. I left and went to Francesca’s instead who has impeccable customer service and bought 3 sweaters and a dress.

Walked into the store with intention to buy multiple jeans. Wasn’t greeted our acknowledged by staff (no need, understandable). However, I immediately noticed the glares and looks as if I wasn’t welcomed. I had two shirts and was looking at a pair of jeans when I caught one of the young teens give off an unwelcoming glare and I decided to walk out. Went next door to Hollister where I was greeted by friendly and assisting staff - made my purchase there. Poor customer service to say the least.!

I typically don’t go clothes shopping but had the best experience with two young ladies here. I believe their names were Livvy and Brooke, extremely helpful and friendly. I will be driving almost an hour to this location just because of their amazing service

Young girls who work here are beyond sweet every time I come in. Blonde lady manager is terribly rude to customers and hovers over her employees shoulders giving them false information. She was making the situation incredibly awkward for no reason and when I thanked her for her help, she just looked at me with this nasty blank stare and didn’t even bother to respond. Super weird!!

I had an amazing shopping experience at AEO in Algonquin (2055)! The lady who helped me, Kate, is excellent worker! She was incredibly attentive, addressed me by name, and always was near me to give me a right sizes, so I didn't even need to leave the fitting room. Additionally, the two ladies, staff members, at the cash register and by the entrance were extremely friendly and welcoming. This is a perfect example of how shopping can be an absolute pleasure. Bravo!

Stood outside changing rooms for 10 min before someone assisted us. Then stood in such a mismanaged line that people were just cutting whenever they want. No control over store. Send a manager in to do their job.

Definitely one of my favorite clothing store. American eagle has a good quality material they used. I loved the quality of their denims, it’s so stretchy and comfy. When I shop here I always leave with something, even if I go in just to “look around “from this store. And I bought jeans and shirt at Affordable price. I have jeans from this place for years and I still wear it. Recommend to those who want to flex on a budget. The store is well organized and clean. Their employee is so friendly, polite, very attentive and helpful. It was great buying all of my clothes here because of the quality and the services they provide was exceptional. I always leave happy and they made my shopping experience so fantastic.

Staff were very friendly. I got exactly what I needed right away with help. I went on the middle of a Wednesday (talk about the slow retail time lol) so it was a little overwhelming with 5 employees asking if I was ok. I understand that's their job and managers push them to do that though. Overall I love my pants and experience here.

Stay away from this location. The girls in this store have zero customer service and are beyond rude. I got multiple glares while I was in the store both different times. I will not ever be coming back! Take the time to hire individuals who are better suited to represent the brand.
