I had an issue with resetting my phone password and it looked like I lost all my data. Matt was very kind and helpful in restoring everything to my phone. I couldn’t be happier. That’s why I’m a loyal ATT customer for over 50 years.

we were lied to when we set up new lines at the beginning of the year. we were told our bill would be lower than our bill was with Xfinity ($180) and we are paying over $220 a month. for 2 lines. we are getting some sort of credit for our phones and we're still paying over 220 dollars a month. AND we are still paying off a phone from xfinity that ATT said they would take care of. do not recommend going to this store. they will tell you whatever you want to hear to get your business.

Aron was amazing. Helped me figure out how I can save money and was creative in suggesting new products like internet. He was very patient and easy to understand. He was also very helpful to an elderly couple who was looking for a land line. Very respectful and helpful.

I was in the store today having issues with my iPhone not charging and Geon promptly greeted me and was very kind and professional. While I was in there, this lady who had to have been intoxicated was slurring profanity loud enough that everyone in the store could hear her. She yelled at multiple employees when asked to politely stop cussing since there were other customers in the store who also had children very bizarre unnecessary behavior from that lady.
Anyway, thankfully Geon was able to help me figure out what was going on with my phone and fix the issue!
