They helped me fill out the paperwork and submit the evidence related to the fraud claim, and got my account switched over to a new one with very little interference to my other bills. She is really nice, helpful and pleasant person and helped us not only with a credit line but with an equipment loan as well. She gave us great advices and helped us to understand all the steps that we had to go through. She always on the phone / email if we have any questions. “Never had a huge problem here. The workers were kind and sat me through getting a new secured card. I had so many questions and they dealt with all of them respectfully. I little dissapointed that I cant just transfer my savings under my name once I become an adult but not a huge deal. If you're opening a secured credit card watch out for the yearly fee, the $24 is supposed to be waived the first year but it wasn't for me or my sister.”
