Anyway, I called PNC Lending Services with a few questions on my new VW Jetta loan. Fortunately for me, Everett answered my call. Not only did he know how to specifically answer all of my questions, he went over and above to offer additional information on how my automated payments are coordinated with my own additional payments. “This place is awful… extremely rude! The lady teller was huffing and puffing through my order. I go there almost every day and have to listen to the conversations of the tellers when you would think they would be focused on the customer. They try with conversation but you can tell they don’t care. It’s extremely obvious. No sorry, no thank you, no have a great day. I’d honestly be embarrassed if I was a worker and was complaining to another coworker about not receiving a certain training with a customer in earshot. It’s just unprofessional. She’s the same lady huffing and puffing so kinda makes sense to me why.
Edit: I switched my rating to 5 stars. The crew here is amazing. They are so kind and attentive. They have really changed the vibe of this bank. Everyone is enjoyable to talk to and really seems like they enjoy the interaction daily. I highly recommend”

“Never had a huge problem here. The workers were kind and sat me through getting a new secured card. I had so many questions and they dealt with all of them respectfully. I little dissapointed that I cant just transfer my savings under my name once I become an adult but not a huge deal. If you're opening a secured credit card watch out for the yearly fee, the $24 is supposed to be waived the first year but it wasn't for me or my sister.”
