“The people at Citi bank do their best. This review is mostly concerning a recent experience I had with their call center. It’s very very rare I have a good experience with call centers. My card was being declined and i was confused as I pay it every pay day twice a month.
The automation told me it was because my address didn’t update correctly. I’m not having a good month and already frustrated. Instead of wasting my time with a million unrelated questions as many other call centers do. The city bank representative confirmed my details, updated my address and was able to unlock my account and i was able to use my credit card within the minute. I appreciate a good end to what was an otherwise stressful day. Thank you Citi Bank”
