“It's hard to rate banks due to the large amount of different services that they provide, but as a Banker's son and with a brother who is in banking, I'll do my best to be clear! My wife and I needed to take out some money from an old savings account that had some pretty specific restrictions on it. The woman that my wife dealt with in the bank was wonderful. Her name is Vera Omokhua. I highly recommend her if you are looking for someone who is personable and will get the job done. We were able to get the money that we needed quickly and without fuss while jumping through some of the small hoops that one needs to in order to procure the funds. Vera was wonderful and the branch needs to make sure they hang on to her! As for atmosphere, it's a typical B of A. Nice and tidy with a central cubical area for their personal bankers to conduct business. We will be sure to use B of A in the future.”
