“We always take our battery back-ups to Batteries Plus to have the batteries replaced. We've always experienced fast, friendly service at a great price. Plus, I don't have to change the batteries out myself, so that's a plus, and I've always had help bringing the back-ups back out to my car.”
“I found that O’Reilly is most commentating Auto Parts store out there like most they can get the part the next day they can match any price to any other auto parts, but they will lend you tools unlike any other auto parts, they have one of the largest selections, unlike other Auto Parts stores, but they also have a great staff They have the coolest guys working for them that are willing to do almost anything to get you and keep you as a customer plus they know cars. One time I had a flat tire on a trailer and it was miles away. I asked her if I could borrow a spin bar since I had numerous Spine bars at home they said no problem. They let me use Spine bar. I didn’t even have to pay for it. I did give him my drivers license to hold till I brought it back, which I did. This was a $30 item. I returned it and because of that they got me this is an example of the trust and help that they will give to get and keep a customer. This is rare and important to us old school guys.”
“It's new and just starting out. They had what I needed. But would have been nice. If I needed bearings with the part I bought. I had never worked on said vehicle before. Had to go to another store closer to me for bearings”

“Robert the manager went above and beyond! I’m a local store manager and my battery was cooked and couldn’t start it and with work being hard to get in somewhere. He not only helped me with my purchase he came to my work and installed it for me in the parking lot!!! Not only that snowing like crazy and windy and he knocked it out in 20 min.
