I went back to this location after two years of being away. They downgraded bad with their grooming.
My dog still came back with his face not smelling like the Christmas package I got. My husband mentioned they said they couldn’t do his nails properly bc he didn’t like it. Newsflash… most dogs don’t. Other groomers have been able to do his face and nails regardless if he likes it or not. Also they do not have the online portal to upload documents anymore, so I had to go home and get his rabies cert as there was no reminder to bring one since they didn’t have a recent one. Idk it was disorganized and not a good service.
I usually go to the crystal lake one but they were booked. Def not coming back. Not worth the 85 dollars. Got him back with a dry dirty face and nails barely clipped.

I always knew Bentleys was just around the corner, but I never went in because I thought it might be expensive, it’s not! It’s nearly the same price as my expensive pet store food, might actually be cheaper and they have better service and a better rewards program, discounts, and samples! Food is satisfaction guaranteed. I met two sweet ladies from Bentley’s at the annual Woodstock event in West Dundee! They were there to speak about pet nutrition and gave me some samples of food! My cat loved the samples so much that I thought I would go back and get some food. My cat has been throwing up her food a lot, and I realize that she was allergic to chicken and all other birds! They quickly found a solution for food, and explained the process of how different brands make certain foods which was interesting, which also affects the way your pet digests the food, Very knowledgeable! If you need help finding the right food, ask for Carly!!!! She’s amazing! Thank you Carly! I’ll be there again very soon!
