Clerk working Monday morning was extremely rude. I stood at the counter for 3 minutes while he just stared at some papers while looking up at me every couple of seconds. When I finally asked if I could get rang out he very rudely said "well you have to say something! I'm here doing my work how do I know you're there." When I said you looked at me several times, he just grumbled under his breath. I know these places are independently owned so I don't expect anything to change but as a note to that clerk when he reads this, I can tell you how you know when someone is there, it's called doing your job and being attentive when you're standing at the counter and if you make eye contact with a customer standing at the register odds are they are ready to be checked out.

It's fine, it's another typical Indian owned gas station with a dunkin' donuts inside. Not good or bad just is what it is

Extremely rude clerk, he also said we could not exchange a fake vape we just bought because we walked outside of the store.

Car wash broken half the timeRude staff, they act like they don’t care nor have any clue what’s going on.. on a few occasions they redirected to some other guy who is never there.

Twice now on separate occasions we have bought the $11 touchless carwash at the pump and then put the code in only to receive the cheapest wash. The brushes spin up and start scratching the paint. When I spoke to the cashiers they told me my car is clean and wouldn't refund or give me the correct wash. This then happened to the car behind me in line and he got yelled at by the staff as well. Terrible service and I hope they get this figured out.

Extremely rude attendant at night shift. One time he wouldn't even let me enter the store. Ridiculous that this guy is still working there.

Both crew members had their masks on their chins and when I started pumping gas on #14 gas rapidly leaked out of the side of the hose, and when I literally sprinted inside to warn the staff they responded like I just said the sky was blue.Gas was leaking so quickly that it sprayed onto my jeans and my car/clothes reek of gasoline.

I had been pump gas from this location for almost 7years , usually I paid by credit card never go inside , tonight at 9:50pm MAY 19 2020 , I forgot my wallet, I bring $9 single dollar and $5 dollar quarters from my car and prepay inside , I don’t know what hell this attendant, no greeting is fine , Angry looking, $14 for pump 5 , he told me no 5 it is not working , go change , i ask them which one you wanner me to go , no 5 , my car is parking No 5 , keep told me no 5!! And he is so rude , Stay home if you not ready to work! The attentdent I think he is owner or partner owner , no care customer service , for sure my whole family and my staff never gonner come back even if it is closed to my home and work ! You are the boss , I have my own choice too !! God bless !

Usually, this gas station is great. However, the late night attendant is one of the rudest human beings that I’ve ever encountered. I’ve seen him get in screaming matches with patrons he disagreed with. Every time I have the unpleasant experience of coming face to face with this guy, the entire transaction takes place in what I can only assume to be smug silence. No “Hi, how are you?” Or “Thanks, have a great day!” Just silence. Even if you say anything to him, the response is a disgruntled stare. I’m not sure how someone even can make a stare disgruntled, but this guy managed it. It’s my local gas station, so unfortunately I see him a lot. I know other people who frequent this place, and they also dread seeing him behind the counter. I’ve literally pulled up, seen that he was working, and made the decision to drive to a different gas station because I didn’t feel like enduring his presence. Also, one time I bought ice cream here, and it was so freezer burned that it was inedible. 2 stars.

They no longer accept Mariano's points for fuel discounts. I have no issue with this as a business decision but what I do have an issue with is they still have all of the signs up at the pumps saying they do.I spoke with the cashier to inquire and he told me to pay inside and he would adjust the Marianos points after I pumped the gas. After I went back inside he said I needed to apply for a BP credit card in order to receive the marianos points discount. I told him this doesn't make sense. He suggested I come back the next day to speak to the manager to resolve the issue.No thanks. You've wasted enough of my time and apparently my money, already.If you want to take my information and have your manager call me to try to resolve then I'm listening. That didn't happen.At the end of the day you can keep my $12, I won't ever come back and I'll share my poor experience with others.

I'm honestly scared to go to this Bp now. The other night I went there to get some soup and sprite as I was not feeling too well. I'm not sure what the attendants name was as he never wears a name tag, but he works the night shift all the time. I now refuse to go there at night because of his previous actions towards me, but unfortunately now Walmart and stores close at 8/8:30. Anyway though, I grabbed my things and went to the register to pay. When I got up to the register he was ringing up some guy and being very polite towards him, as he usually is to males. But, as soon as I went up to pay he scanned my items and THREW them at me. Then, he screamed at me to hurry up and pay. I'm not sure if this man is sexist, but I've seen him treat many other women this way and I cannot believe he is still employed. It's honestly disgusting and I wish he was not there because I am scared of him after he screamed and threw things at me. I will no longer go there because I can't believe this is tolerated.
