So sad that this store has changed. I know I definitely will not buy chicken from here. Eveytime I did, I had to return it because it had a foul smell. I also had put in a request to the manager to bring in a specialty soda but supposedly they can't but I know they can.

MOLDY BLACK AND BLUE PRE DONE FOOD AND SANDWHICHES!! extremely poor refrigeration, barely any. no berries. no chilled fruits. feral birds in the back where they keep "fresh" produce. this store is so so so vile

Love this place, it really hasn't changed since Butera took over. Went on 2/2/23, this place is still a great store. They have had to find items for several ethnicities. Asian, Mediterranean and Hispanic to name a few. The deli is still the same. The bakery is still the same. Update 6/13/23. Some things have changed the deli for the most part is the same but some of the Italian meats and cheeses have changed. Still a great choice if you are making subs. Visit 10/10/2023. I stopped in to pick up some lunch meat and cannoli filling. My daughter and family were coming up for a visit. When I got up to register, the light was on, but no one was there. I looked over to the service desk and someone started walking over. It looked like his back was hurting him. So I asked him about it. He said no I am just really, really sick and it looked like he had just thrown up. Why would you have this person working with the public.

Came looking for ethnic products- kind of Butera's calling card. Very Rude and unhelpful customer service, and I'm someone who has made a career in that industry. Staff in any industry should always acknowledge guests, look them in the eyes, and help customers to the best of their ability.
Staff here seemed pissed to have to actually be at work, let alone deal with someone trying to spend money there. Maybe they wish they could stay home- seems like many were longing for the COVID lockdown days.
Walked out and will never be back.

They retagged expired food!
Stopped here last Friday, 9/13/24. As I was standing in line at checkout my kid selected one of the coffee cakes on the table by checkout. I didn't take a look at it closely until we got home. It was a cherry Danish coffee cake but it just looked odd. The expiration/price sticker said 9/22. As I looked closer I noticed this sticker was placed over another similar sticker. I peeled back the top one and it said expiration 9/10!
So at least 3 days after it expired they retagged it for another 12 days! Same price on both stickers too. Are they doing this in all their departments? I'm very suspicious of their food now. Absolutely disgusting.

This store is so dirty looking. I had to walk away from the meat department. The smell was so bad. Discolored chicken. Yuck!

Horribly run store. Wrong prices out and they won’t honor the prices listed. Even had a photo of the price and the manager argued and wouldn’t honor the shown price. Horrible management.

Bought a pound cake got it home and it was hard and moldy .stay away from the bakery some old garbage 🗑 .
