had one of the worst customer experiences at this store. I came in specifically to buy smoked cold salmon and politely asked for the particular piece I wanted. Instead of helping, the employee flat-out refused to cut the part I asked for. No explanation, no effort, nothing. Just a rude “no” and an attitude like I was bothering her by even asking.
If a customer wants a specific piece — especially with something like smoked salmon — it’s completely normal to accommodate that. Instead, I walked out frustrated, empty-handed, and honestly shocked at how little they cared. Terrible service, zero flexibility, and absolutely no respect for customers. I won’t be coming back.

I used to love your soups …not anymore..amount of salt your kitchen uses is insane…remember I can add salt if I like more salty dish but I can’t remove salt from the soup if it’s too salty…It goes straight to trash
Please use less salt..it’s unhealthy and unappetizing

This place has excellent sandwiches! I stopped in to get some quick things to serve at an open house I was doing for one of my Algonquin Listings, and grabbed a quick sandwich. The Turkey and Bacon panini was fantastic. The wait didn't bother me at all because the staff was very friendly and engaging.

The women at the bakery need to be more educated on what they’re selling and more respectful.
Update: Went into the store today to pick up some items and i noticed a lot of the workers have those wireless headphones in even the ones that are talking to customers. This place needs to work on their customer service. Finding someone who speaks English is also very hard in this store.

Crowded 20% off on Wednesday we love the breads and soups so its worth the extra time to go wait in line.

All I can say is WOW!!!! It was well worth the drive. Prices were affordable, good selection on groceries, baked goods, hot dishes, meats. Definitely adding this to my list of specialty grocers.
