We had just come to Il. From Az. We purchased our tires in Az. Arriving here we has an issue. We went there and they promptly took us in and took care of the problem. So courteous and prompt. That's why we always get out tires there.

Went in with a slow leak in tire. Told would be about hour wait 4 cars ahead of me. I was a walk in wait did not buy tires Here. Staff was great . Had a screw in tire. Patched, balanced, and torqued lugs in 1/2 hour.
NO CHARGE!! Thank you very much

Tires and tires only here. Prices seem to be reasonable. Service is pretty good and the waiting area is pretty comfortable. My complaint is the last time I brought my vehicle in they noticed that my tires were wearing in a manner that might suggest that I need an alignment done, but could not perform that service. Tires are cheap, the service is quick, expect nothing else.

Came in for a tire rotation an was told it will be hour and half to complete.
Hour and half later my car was still outside.
It is second time this happen.
Better time estimation will help a lot.

Called into the Algonquin store and Chris was extremely helpful and Informative. When I arrived, Mack was able to help me as we went together to inspect my tire. The service was outstanding, and would highly recommend this location.

The team at this location was quite friendly and efficient. I walked in to get a tire rotation and got in line almost immediately. Mack (who helped me) checked the car and the team made it a breeze. Within an hour I was able to drive away with no hassles. I recommend getting an appointment but otherwise someone is there to help out.

I want to write a very positive review. There were some difficulties but Scott the manager took care of them and as a result I walked away a happy customer and 4 new tires. I'd also like to single out Dylan who not only was patient but helped walk me through the process.
