It used to be that the Hallmark store was a card shop with some gifts. Now it's a gift shop with some cards in back. They didn't even have a simple thing like cash holders for Christmas. I had to order online.

JoAnne went above and beyond the call to help me with a challenge that took a considerable amount of her time and mine. It could have ended poorly, but she was committed to making sure that I left the store a happy customer. As I watched her take care of other customers while attending to me, she made them feel like they were the only people in the store. I have always been happy with this Hallmark location and JoAnne's willingness to do whatever it takes, confirmed my opinion. A part of what we earn is pride and the owner of this business should be proud of JoAnne!

I will no longer be giving any business to this Hallmark location. The way the price gouge squishmallows is gross. $39.99 for an 8ā squishmallow is ridiculous! Especially since the same cow sold for $12.99 at Learning Express. The 8ā easter squishmallows were priced at $17.99 which is high, but at least reasonable. Squishmallows should be sold based on size, not if theyāre a cow or not.

Went to buy a cow stuffed animal and they told me it would be $80 because thatās what it sells for onlineā¦.. the hallmark in McHenry has much better prices.

This store is awful! They charge extortionate prices for Squishmallows rather than selling them for retail, justifying it by claiming theyāre offering a better deal than eBay price gougers. $79.99 for a Squishmallow cow that normally costs $25.00 is absolutely disgusting. Do not support this placeās business practices!

TERRIBLE price gougers. I donāt know how they get away with selling something for almost 3x retail price. Other Hallmarks arenāt even this bad. At this point I donāt care if I have to drive further, I wonāt be supporting this Hallmark anymore.

Very unprofessional owner. Jeri is known to be a scammer and price gauger. Go shop elsewhere. Her own employees complain about her and how much sheās ok with scamming people.
