Megan, the store manager, was very attentive to me each time when I inquired about printing booklets for our high school 40th class reunion. She was so patient with my many questions and never made me feel like a nuisance. Everything published and printed was completed to perfection and done so very promptly. I would go back to this Algonquin location in a heartbeat for future productions. Megan, you're the best! Our Class of '85 thanks you, too.

First time was in this location and the service by named employee Robert (if he did not lie about this too) was disgusting. 0 professionalism. Lied about that he can’t find my account with the phone number and he has no clue what is my account number after scanning my drivers license. Intentionally wrote the recipient name wrong even though I handed him the name written down on the paper, and get mad when i told him it is wrong with no intentions comparing what he put in the system and what is in the paper. No respect was shown to my envelope as he left it available on the counter after charging me. And my pointing that issue, he did not like it and threw it to the back. Fedex dirts its name by hiring these kind of people in their business. Avoiding Fedex and start using UPS and USPS

I had dropped off quite a few documents that needed to be laminated. Some of them needed to be lamented, resized, cut down, the works, and Meghan worked so diligently to make sure they were done with the utmost perfection! Far better than I had pictured in my head and definitely better than anything I could have done myself. She is the definition of above and beyond expectations. Give her a raise!!

Go to the West Dundee or Cary locations and save yourself a headache!Went to this FedEx store to ship 150 packages. Roughly $1500 worth of shipping. The store manager offered zero help when it came to packaging and shipping. We had premade ground labels for all 150 items in PDF form. We were hoping to have FedEx print all of the labels for us (as FedEx says they would on their website). When asked, the store manager said they don't have that capability. Seriously? Fedex, can't print labels? When asked, would you provide us with label sleeves then, so we can print the labels at home and put them in the sleeves, she said if she provided us with them she'd run out.When we asked for boxes or padded envelopes for ground shipping, she said we would use up all of her stock and would not provide us with it, even after we offered to pay for them. Instead she offered to provide us with large Pak envelopes... which at the time we were not aware of is only for Express shipping.So we packaged up all 150 items, using express large Pak envelopes. Taped a few at-home printed labels to them before we became frustrated enough with how tedious it was and decided to go back to the same store. This time to essentially beg for them to print the labels. But to our surprise when we got there the 2nd time an employee (who was even more unhelpful) mentioned we had put ground labels on Express packing. So after all that we ended up having to cancel all 150 labels and reissue express labels which cost more because it was either that or we repack all 150 items into something else... something like a box that FedEx won't provide us with.After all that we decided to call the FedEx in West Dundee, and guess what? When we asked for them to print the labels they happily said they would. We had everything packed already but they would have provided us with the correct packaging as well. So ultimately we got the problem solved but no thanks to this FedEx location and staff. Avoid this location, go elsewhere.That being said, huge shout out to the West Dundee FedEx & Jacob the store manager, they were awesome!

Terrible service! Was shopping a perfume and ignorant employees tried to say it contains denatured alcohol, an unstable substance not in perfume. Will never go back! Worst place I’ve ever been to with the worst customer service! Rude and aggressive and don’t know the basics of chemistry
