I brought my son in to look at animals. When we went by one of the fish tanks, there were two groups of dead fish piled up on the bottom of the tank. I told a staff member who went to check it out and talk to someone, and she came back saying that's just how they come in and that someone will remove them from the tank. First of all, it's sad that that's just how they arrive at the store, but then they're just left there?

I adopted a dog with a shelter in this Petco store. While I was there a Petco employee started talking to me about a program with Petco called Vital care. It's a good program although I do not shop much with Petco. This employee said just try it and you can cancel at anytime. That is and was not true. It is setup for a year and if you cancel you have to wait out the year. So you still have to pay until the year is up. Now I have to be a Petco customer until my subscription is up. I won't be shopping with this Petco store that's for sure!!

There's no other place for the best grooming for my dogs than this place. This was initially recommended by a friend, and everything is all fine when it comes to my pet, thanks to all of them. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. I go in here for the grooming of my pet. They always make a pet more beautiful than they were. There are a lot of things that are about how good things are. They are really good at their job, like they are so skilled at handling pets and all of that. They also really care for the pets, not only because it is their job, but I can also feel how good they are with the pets. Every pet that I have seen that has just gotten finished grooming here is so nice. I never heard anything negative from the experience of others while using the product. I am just really thankful to them because they always make everything perfect with regards to the pets. They also accept what kind of groom you want for your pet, which is so nice and they really follow through when there is a request. The cute pets really deserve to be in this good place.

Algonquin Location. Grooming. The hours advertised on the website is 9-6pm. I drove out there today, arriving at 4:15pm. I was a walk-in for nail trims for both my dogs. No one was there. They just decided to go home! Don't advertise walk-in's welcome then! I requestEd to speak with a manager because at this point I'm pissed. Out comes an extremely young "manager" (looked like she could be in high school). I explained the situation to her. Her response..."Oh, I'm sorry. They left cause there were no appointments"! Awful customer service! Really? That's it? Absolutely no attempt to try and make the situation better. What SHOULD have happened was an effort to make up for the huge inconvenience that your customer had. Don't advertise hours if you have no intention of enforcing them. They had a chance to try and make it up to me for my inconvenience in time, gas etc...instead I got a half assed "oh sorry". Seriously ?
