Believe the stars! One of the worst nail experiences. I decided to give this place a chance because it's across my house and it was last minute. But will never go back or recommend. I went in on a Tuesday evening to get a full set - french tip almond shape. Was charged $65 (not including tip) which is not a big deal. The white tips were completely off. Didn't say anything at the moment because I was honestly too embarrassed. The next day Wednesday - four nails were already chipped. I called the salon (something I've never done with any nail salon) told them what happened. Then got hung up on. Then called again AND got hung up on AGAIN. I called a third time because I thought it was strange and the owner said she wasn't going to give me my money back (I had not asked for that or anything). Then she said that I could go in again for her to see the nails. I went in after work and she offered to change the color because she said the white in French does not dry well (used a gel coat). I agreed to change it to a red (trying to make things easier and end how uncomfortable the situation was) but AGAIN the worst paint job ever. STILL BUMPY and now I feel ripped off because this is not what I had paid for in the first place. I didn't even bother complaining to her again. SAVE your hard earned money. Go somewhere else this place is NOT IT. No one deserves to get a shitty nail service (especially if it's for a special occasion) when that's what you look forward to.

Acrylic and polish applied very thick. Acrylic pooled down over my cuticles. Uneven filing and shape. 4 days later already lifting…. Editing later in the day as a nail popped off almost immediately after writing this. I really am not one to complain. I can settle for minimal mistakes, I am the type to hesitate to speak up when getting services. Though, after stopping by the salon this evening asking what they could do for me.. and walking out with even worse quality than before is upsetting. Only one nail was fully replaced, the one that popped off today (on day 4 only), and two others “repaired” even though ALL of my nails were lifting and I showed her. She continued to blame lifting nails on my “oily nails”… my hands, cuticles, and nails are very dry it’s actually a day to say struggle of mine haha… regardless it is their job to buff surface well and use dehydrator before acrylic application for the acrylic to bind to natural nail. No dehydrator was applied. The pictures should speak for themselves…

Had an appointment for a manicure and had to wait 1/2 hour. Finally did my manicure in 20 minutes also cut my cuticles. OUCH! My manicure looked like it was done by a 2 year old-see pictures.
I would NOT recommend going here
Not friendly at all. Save your money and go somewhere else.
