Not helpful at all! Drove a hour and half just to be told no by a staff member and the manager didn’t even explain or say anything to me or try to help. Go to a different location if you want not rude managers to solve a simple solution.

Everytime my daughter tells me she want to run in here, I become emotionally paralyzed from claustrophobia. I am uaually in there for 30 seconds and I hand here my card and leave.

Kari’s level of service is top tier.
My experience. I get to the cash register looking at cologne and she immediately start pointing out her person faves. After this she then asks me if I would like to look online to save me an additional 20% on each item. Of course I said yes. Two of my items she couldn’t do without them being shipped, so we went ahead with the online order so I received 20% on all of my items. It’s small gestures like these that make me feel appreciated, and can rate 5 stars based on her customer service level. Great job Kari!! Thanks for helping me and saving me some money around the holidays :)

This location has the worst customer service. The manger at the location is very dismissive of any customer concerns and all she could tell me is I should call the 800 number. Horrible customer service and lack of human decency.

The current girls on morning shift are very rude. They ignore the customers and continue to talk to one another without pausing conversation and simply staring at customers with questions. One in particular would randomly walk in front of passing customers without any warning or even an “excuse me”.

Had an interview, Went in girl said "Im waiting for others Go shop meanwhile" like wat? i came for interview not to shop. she was rude and was just standing around. such a bad vibe glad i walked out.

Service is not the best. They walked by us waiting for the fitting rooms and we were waiting for 20 MINS! Unbelievable. One worker walked in and didn't ask us if we needed a fitting room. Half of the workers were just standing around doing nothing. Once I left the fitting rooms,they finally let people in the fitting rooms.
