Went in needed a few things and the employee who helped me was very friendly. She located what I needed quickly. The cashier was training a new hire but it did not negatively affect my checkout.

Rude, stay clear especially of Dennis! Can't stand behind their word. Charging items after being told "no charge for a item" as compensation for their errors. Stay away from this location. Bad business. Better off in Barrington or Crystal Lake. Even best, go to sherwin williams!
