Bought shoes on sale sign said 24.99 plus I had a 25% coupon when I went to pay she said oh the sale changed today and now it's a penny power and they are $25.00 and no coupon can be applied. If I had bought them yesterday I could of used the coupon. I said the sign doesn't represent that and the manager replied we're working on that we haven't been able to change signs since we've had employees call in. This seems to be the normal for Penneys and why I don't think they will be around too much longer. Btw the person the cashier called and the issue was not very nice.

I have always liked Jcpenny. My first memory of that store is when I was 9 and we went to their parking lot to see the fourth of July fireworks. Then every time we went there I would ask if there will be fireworks. But the shopping there was always fun.
