My mom went in to buy some flowers and they did not have prices on them so she asked someone for the price and a worker told her they were 4.99. She went to pay and at the register they marked them at 6.99 so my mom asked about it and they told her they were actually 5.99. So then my mom argued that they had literally just told her the other price and they went and asked the worker she spoke with and the worker showed them it said 4.99. They then got the manager and they changed the price to 4.99. You should really get your prices straight and stop trying to overcharge people. Always check what you're being charged too!

Just left this store in Algonquin. My husband and I went in ( at the referral of Walgreens across the street) in search of Chicago merchandise. We approached a girl with brown permed hair and a pricing gun. My husband approached her to inquire and she turned and walked away from us? Then my husband stopped her to ask if there was any Chicago merchandise in the store. She looked at me and said "we don't carry that". I told her that we referred from the employees across the street and she just drew a blank stare? We proceeded down the main aisle and found an entire 5 foot display section of all things Chicago? My husband decided we would not buy anything from this store after the snub from this employee. I walked back to were she was pricing merchandise and told her " Aisle 16, learn your store". She looked dumbfounded.Pathetic to pay employees to deter making sales for the store. I hope someone in corporate sees this. It needs to be addressed!

This pharmacy is absolutely the worst !Always out of everything , even when your script is due to refill. None of the staff has any Sense of urgency. They tell you when it's due to be ready, you show up or call and then the story changes.We had to order it, or we are very backed up . When will it be ready ? I can't give you a time, we are backed up.So it should have been ready after 7:00 Thursday, showed up to pick up at 9:00 am next day, we had to order it. It will be ready after 4pm today. At 4:30, I called to check, and that's when the BS starts about how backed up they are and can't tell you when it will be ready.God Dam, I'm glad I'm not in severe pain looking for relief. It's time to find a better pharmacy, one that cares about the customer and can provide an answer, not some billshit story.By the way, all they have to do is print the label and stick it on the boxSorry Osco you suck !!!!Another lost customer .....

Just realized that after three days of using our sliced ham from the deli counter, they sliced PLASTIC BITS with the meat! Beware! I found these little bits between slices & around the sides of the pile. Not sure if I’ll have time to come in & show customer service. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else & hope my daughter didn’t eat plastic in her sandwiches this week! This is disgusting. Have been very displeased with this Jewel on more occasions and for more reasons than I can count.

The pharmacy is awful. Long waiting lines. They don't use the coupons that have NOT expired , no reason was given. Got a new prescription and it was thrust to me with no explanation of side effects or what to take it with. They just do not seem professional or caring. I will ne going back to CVS. If you like to wait forever, and be treated like a parasite then this is the place to go. I would give ZERO stars if possible.

I am just plain frustrated with ALL Jewel-Osco or any stores in general that require prople to sign into a computer as their only option to receive cost savings on their purchases! What about our seniors or others who are living on a fixed income, or perhaps do not have a computer or know how to use one. It is so wrong and will continue to prevent me from visiting these stores for more than just a few items in an emergency situation.

i went to get my covid vaccine and on the website it said to just make sure you have your parent sign the form and bring an ID with you if you are under the age of 18 so that’s what i did, and when the guy asked if i had a parent all he did was laugh at me when i said no when the website clearly said all i needed was a parental signature

Just want to give a shout out to the Algonquin Jewel bakery for doing a great job on my daughter in law's baby shower cupcakes. Job well done and will recommend!
