Excellent service. Needed to have my table re-felted and they quoted price over the phone, set up the date and called the morning of the appointment to confirm. The guys that came were polite and knowledgeable. The results were great.

Wow, really blown away by the level of knowledge and professionalism here. I had a very hard project with a massive antique table and the MC team found a professional who had the ability to fix our issue and they even crate and move tables as well. I was en route to practice for pool league when I realized my German Shepard ate the tip of my stick. Mike was super helpful and could have repaired it before I played but had a few cues on hand. I didn't really like my current one. He let me try out a couple. Explained the differences between them and set me up with a cue that is very well matched to my playing style. I'm playing better already. Thanks a million Mike! I made the mistake of ordering my 1st one off the internet and not playing w it. I won't be doing that again. Please support this local business... discounts for league players and military or 1st responders too.

Went there to buy a new queue as I'm starting to play again. Great store, great people and good variety. Prices for queues were fair and in line with with what I expected. Also had some used ones that were in great condition for great prices. Being able to play on one of their tables with a queue that I was interested in was a nice touch. They are my new go-to for anything billiards and darts.

I determine where to spend my money by theEXTRA Customer service I receive.Mike was incredible...helpful..knowledgeable and above all courteous. My nephew and I were impressed. Overwhelmingly awesome!I wished to play darts again, so that probably makes me one of those problematic clients. (Know a little bit, just enough to be a pain.)I was given time, suggestions, and an opportunity to feel the darts & throw. Never any judgement with my never-ending questions, just full support and respect.Their selection of items was fantastic, and all VERY reasonably priced. (There is no comparison when able to see and handle items in person versus a picture online.)GO THERE!Seriously.Even if you're not certain what you want, you'll leave with knowledge, a great experience, and probably exactly what you needed.

This shop helped save Christmas! Traveling from out of state to visit family, we realized we goofed on a gift. Short on time and options, we stopped in hoping to find replacement darts to correct our error. Not only was the selection vast but the owner was incredibly kind and helpful. We corrected our blunder and found additional gifts as well.We wanted to stay awhile and try out some of the arcade and bowling games, but Santa (and relatives) wait for no one! Thanks again for the help and we hope to see this shop continue to thrive the next time we travel out this way!

Extremely knowledgeable with everything they do. The replacement bumpers and new felt they did was great. Took the time to make sure table level on carpet, and it’s stayed that way. Go here. You won’t need to go anywhere else.
