Doug was great. Brutally honest and really helped me out in a pinch when the dealer was no help. Even got me out of the shop quicker than anticipated.

Took my car here for an oil change and tire rotation. They also advised me that I needed new back brakes. After the oil change and tire rotation, I picked up the car and the engine light came on. When I returned the next day for the break job, I told them about the engine light and asked them to check it out . WhenI pick the car up that day, they told me that they did get the engine light to go off, they weren’t sure why it had come on that it might have something to do with the emission system, but they had checked all the hoses and everything checked out and that if it came back on, it would be another approximately $300+ in diagnostics. Next day the Engine light comes on again. My son looks under the hood and both Evap lines to the airbox were disconnected. Plain as day. I know nothing about cars and I could even tell something was wrong. Intentional? I don’t know. Incompetence-absolutely. I called them and they said sorry and asked me if I wanted a free oil change. No, why would I ever let them touch any of our vehicles again. Buyer beware.

I don’t normally write reviews but this place has saved my butt on a lot of expensive car repairs. Wanna give a shoutout to Mark for being patient when I asked questions about my car and explain to me the simplistic way to someone who doesn’t know much about mechanical work.

I’ve been bringing my family’s cars to Mastertek for 20+ years—this review is long overdue. Dave, Mark, and their team are honest, skilled, and always fair. My last visit really showed why I keep coming back: my car had to be towed in with a tricky issue most shops probably wouldn’t have found. They tracked it down to a tiny broken plastic part in a hidden spot, fixed it quickly, and the bill was totally reasonable. If you want a shop you can truly trust, Mastertek is it!

Relationship started when we received
advertising in the mail about Master Tek.
Made an appointment for an oil change
the rest is history. Service advisors and
the mechanics are honest and sincere won't sell you unnecessary repairs. If you need something unrelated to what you brought your vehicle in for they will personally show you the attention needed or up coming to be aware of.
Honesty means a lot. They will prove it to you.

Mind Blown! My Son broke down hours away, while driving Home for the death of his Grandfather. They took excellent care of him, and after finding the repair was simple, they refused to let him Pay. They told him they were (sorry for his loss) and sent him on his way.

The staff was very friendly and seems pretty honest. Their prices are more expensive than that chain shops but that is to be expected.
