Our experience at Mattress Firm was nothing short of outstanding, thanks to Michaela. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel welcome and never once rushed us. Even though we were probably the most indecisive couple she’s ever helped.
Her patience was remarkable, and her product knowledge was beyond anything we expected. Michaela took the time to explain every option in detail, answered every question with genuine care, and helped us make a decision we feel great about. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect mattress. She is a true professional.

We purchased our bed from Nick this summer, and his knowledge of the available beds made our buying process a breeze. He helped us narrow things down quickly, and the checkout process was so fast. We had some questions after the fact regarding mattress protectors, and we worked with the store manager, Michaela. She was a dream to work with, listening to our concerns and deeply caring about our happiness with the overall product. There aren’t many places that would treat a customer with such appreciation and care. I will absolutely be recommending this store (and those two specific individuals) to anyone I can! Thank you for providing such a great bed purchasing experience.

I went to the Mattress Firm on Randall Rd. The guy was pleasant and professional. I needed to purchase a bedframe. He carefully took his time to explain the different types of frames to me so I could make a sound decision. Great job!!!!
