My prescriptions take forever to get it filled. Back when I was with CVS orders were ready within an hour or less. I switched because of a price of one of my medication, but I think I will go back to CVS as they ofer a much better customer service and their mobile app is a lot more user friendly than the Meijer Rx portal they switched to. Overall not terrible, but it left a bad taste.

Do not use the pharmacy. Your order is never ready. They gave me someone's prescription once I returned it to them. They issued a refund and never thanked me for calling it to their attention. My last experience was so awful. I will never ever go back. I was given 5 pills for a 90-day refill. Asked why, and the clerk told me yo take it in with our insurance. Went home called my doctor, and they were able to help. Meijer was in the wrong, and the next day, I got the rest of my pills. There was more to it.. The clerk who gave me 5 pills would not explain why they looked different. My doctor explained they were made by a different manufacturer, and I should have been told that. The whole experience with Meijer pharmacy was terrible. They should be shut down before they seriously hurt someone. Meirer pharmacy, please contact me. I can give you dates and names if you are interested.

Absolutely ridiculous. Overpricing. Promises made never get filled. This pharmacy has the WORST practices and customer service.

Same as the other Meijers, open 24/7 and they carry most products if you’re looking for just about anything! Very organized and clean store. 5 starts for sure. Enoc approved.

I did a pick up order and they charged me twice for me order. Went to the service desk to inquire about getting a refund for the second charge. The Store Manager told us that there was nothing she could do and that we had to call our credit card company and file a complaint...... So YOU charge my card twice and I have to call my credit card company? There was zero apologies, zero let me see what I can do, just this isn't my problem, this your problem. Does anyone else see an issue with this? We usually love Meijer and it is my go to place but after this incident we will be shopping else where. I am ok with mistakes, things happen but don't tell me its my problem and there is nothing you can do.

They never seem to have the medications I fill every month in stock at their Algonquin store. I could see if I had something unusual I was being prescribed but these are common medications and it happens all the time. Other family members have the same issue. It's inconvenient. It also seems to take a long time to get through the drive through.

Most of the time it's a great experience, but for whatever reason they've decided to only have 4 checkout lanes open, all of which were backed up into the clothing section. Then they decided to close one! I didn't realize this was Walmart

I bought the Meijer turkey that was on sale. it turned out to be the toughest most flavorless bird I ever had. I think they put out last year's birds! I am so mad. and now it's too late. I'm done with them.

Back in February I need a refill on my amlodipine. I've taken this rx for over 3 years and they decided to give me a totally different pill which I had a bad reaction to. They didn't even tell me it was a different pill and when I came back to complain and get them changed they wouldn't. They said there must something wrong with me and I should call my doctor. Well, I did and switched pharmacies to Osco! So, good riddance to Meijers pharmacy!!!
