“Apple self Storage is an awesome place for your storage needs. The facility is secure, clean and the staff is very responsive to their customers. The overhead garage door gasket on our rental unit was starting to deteriorate so I contacted the office and staff came and replaced the gasket with a new one even before I left the property. We have never had mice or any other animals in our unit. The price of Apple Self Storage is very competitive. The owner is very professional yet personable. The facility is conveniently located right off of Route 12 in Wauconda. If you need a short or long term storage facility, look no further. Great people to do business with.”

“I've picked up from here several times. A little tricky to find at first because they are all the way in the back. Warehouse guys are fast loading and the girl at the front desk is always helpful and nice. The other older woman in the office reeks of cigarette smoke and will ignore you when walk in. Everytime I've picked up the older woman is outside smoking right next to the front door.”

“I was referred to Advantage Moving by my realtor, who was also a past customer. She advised me that they are always early and never late. Boy was she right!
They arrived 5 minutes early. There were 4 movers total. We confirmed the items on my list and did a walk-through. During the walk-through, it became clear that I had grossly underestimated how much stuff I needed. I was assured that I was being billed by the hour, so there was no rush, and I didn’t have to worry.
They disassembled my four beds at the old house, wrapped my living room furniture, and loaded it on the largest moving truck I’d ever seen. When we arrived at my new place, I was so pleased with how well the movers were treating my items that I stopped off and grabbed everyone Gatorade. They put my beds back together at the new home, helped me set everything up, and charged me exactly what they quoted - no more.
