I'm from monroeville indiana I was driving through this area and had a cv joint go out on my truck. I stopped in the store and purchased a new one. I was having a lot of problems replacing it. A gentleman by the name of Eduardo was kind enough to help with all of the hard heavy work. If it wasn't for him it would of cost me a couple of days down and a lot of extra money. Thanks Eduardo I appreciate your help very much....

I was there about a month ago and I purchased a sensor for my beast of a truck. After getting the sensor replaced my check engine light did not go off, I went back to the same store and Christian the manager there was so very amazing he helped with my check engine light and explained everything to me. I truly appreciate his dedication and help with my truck.

Worse customer service experience by Mike and the staff there on Sunday. Went in there for a simple battery charge SMH. Never experienced this type of behavior/customer service from the other younger staff when I go in there any other time to buy tools and products. Will never give this place my business again. Autozone it is!

Car wouldn't start in the sub zero temps, walked in and Johnathan came to let me in, got me the battery I needed and when he found out I walked (not a super far distance) he offered me a ride back home. Reminded me the correct way to remove the battery, I replaced it and the car started right up. I drove back with the dead battery to get my deposit back.Johnathan was very helpful and friendly as was the other man working the shop, that allowed him to give me the quick ride back home in that nasty cold weather. Thank you guys!

I have been to this location multiple times and the staff is always so helpful! I was unsure of what I was looking for specifically and Jonathan came out to my car to make sure I was getting the right parts for my vehicle! He was incredibly helpful and even brought the parts out to my car because they were heavy! I will only be shopping for car parts at this location, the service is just too good! Shout out to Joe, stopped in for a water pump and a few other things. He was a great help to me and my fiance getting us just what we needed and saved us a couple bucks. Thank you Joe! Car is fixed and my Fiancé is very happy, so I am happy. Great customer service
