I went in to return the double tone metal ring the ring that comes together. It started tarnishing very quickly. It was bday gift from my mom and for $125 I expected more. I tried cleaning it and it was all matte and scratched the gold and silver. HELGA. Was extremely rude. I told her I have been buying here for years and this is the first time this has happened cuz I own a bunch of Pandora. She made it seem like it was an issue to get my stuff and exchange. Pandoras quality has gone down hill bc I have cheap $30 earrings I wear everyday and have lasted for the last 6 years. Helga wasn’t helpful and I felt uncomfortable shopping there and wanted to leave as fast as I could. She was very short and unwelcoming and mind you the store was empty it was 6pm. I came later so I can have more one on one and regretted even coming here. Never again. You’re better off going to Kay across the street and spend a little more for something of quality.

Went in to exchange a piece of jewelry and the environment was very unwelcoming. I will say the process was quick as I was the only customer in the store but the sales associates (Sophie, im not sure who the other one was) assisting me were very unenthusiastic and I felt uncomfortable. Will not be returning to this location, go to Woodfield instead, much more friendly environment.

Hands down this location really cares when it comes to cleaning your jewelry. The Best. Always have what I need. Only reason I didn’t rate them 5 stars because it really smells bad in there. I think it’s the sewer lines or something. Plug in febreeze freshener in all the outlets!

Rude employee. I had to walk out because she was so unhelpful with a terrible demeanor. Older lady, curly short hair with a face mask. Very unfortunate.

This store has completely went downhill since the older reddish hair woman took over. I went from a positive experience to all negative experiences! The crowd was minimal today so I stopped in for a Jewelry cleaning. I was told by a young lady that they are not doing cleanings until January because of the holidays and they get busy. There were enough people working in the store that could have assisted me. Instead they talked to each other instead of me. No one even greeted me when I walked in. I asked the young lady was the public notified that you were not doing cleanings and she said “This has been a thing” I asked about jewelry cleaner and the price and she said “it’s only 20 dollars do you want to purchase? Yes or No? I told her no! I didn’t want to purchase and left. I will not be returning after this last incident! I will take the drive to Woodfield for better customer service these girls here have lost their minds!

Wouldn’t clean jewelry I brought in that I had previously purchased. Said they don’t clean jewelry during the busy season. Pretty sure they told me to come in whenever. Awful customer service.

I came in today for an online pick up order. I waited for 35 minutes only for associates to help 2 groups of people that had come in after me.
I didn’t think an online order would take so long to just pick up? It’s for earrings, I didn’t need anything to be fitted or size checked. I definitely could’ve just been given them, as they’re already paid for, and been on my way.
Frustrating.

Very helpful staff
Came in to the store wasn't busy for a Tuesday evening which was good for me
Got what I was looking for staff answer everything I asked
Place was clean and a lot of goodies to check out
This pandora was closer to home which was great!
Got my bestie and I the friendship rings loved it no complaints here very fast service

Staff here is awful me and my daughter went for her birthday and the lady with short hair was not nice. Totally ruined my daughter’s bday. That was the first instance.Second instance- today my daughter went to exchange something and was told she had to go to where she originally bought it to exchange. Which is fine but it doesn’t cost anything to be nice. Went and exchanged them at woodfield and they were super nice as always.!Won’t be coming to this location again.

Nice selection of jewelry. However, I was just making a visit to the store to return a purchase, and I felt like I was being pressured into buying another item instead of making a return. I did complete the return and refund.

My daughter went to exchange a bracelet for a smaller size. The exchange was quick and easy, and the sales lady (with the accent) was very nice.
