Terrible staff to have in this place. Staff is not friendly, with attitudes and unacommodating. I came to buy 4 balloon sets for my daughter's graduation and got a nasty sense of the customer service at this place. Surprised, especially because this place is a party event store and to have a staff like this was unbelievable to me. I asked if they could show me where to find a set I liked in the front entrance, they refused even while not doing anything at the front claimed they were busy. After, I had all my balloon sets and after paying I asked if one of the sets could be placed with a small teddy bear in between the strings and weight holder and they said they couldn't. When I picked up my balloon sets, they had about 3 people at the front and one walking around I asked for help in loading the balloons to my car they said they were all too busy. My car was directly in front of the doors next to the sidewalk for loading purpose and I needed help bring them all to the car and loading. Did by myself. Won't be coming here again. Terrible staff.

Wonderful help and service from staff. Knowledgeable staff and good pricing on balloons. Gift bag items for children tend to be a bit on the expensive side.
My family tends to stick to only purchasing balloons here.

Every time I have been here the manager is beyond rude. I don’t remember what his name was but saw he worked there since 2007 which is a shock considering how rude he is to the sale associates. Openly belittling them in front of customers. It has put a bad taste in my mouth. I have a daughter and hope no man speaks to her like this. I put 1 star for him but Alexis the sale associate was amazing I’d give her 5 stars.

Horrible management, the sales associates are good though. I worked here for a little over two years, the first year was good, the rest were the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was treated with the most disrespectful attitude, pretty much treated like a servant. Algonquin party city general manager should be fired, I even contacted corp, No one helped..

Had a wonderful experience here shopping for many supplies for our middle school dance. The staff was extremely helpful and patience and will definitely be going back next year!
