Came there looking for a harness for our small terrier. Employee helped finding and fitting the perfect harness. She also answered my questions about a Thunder Shirt. I was skeptical about them and she gave me testimonials that convinced me. It worked amazingly with 4th of July fireworks.

I have gotten a diet soda with Coca-Cola zero both sides of the machine in the restaurant were regular Coca-Cola zero I can't imagine if a badly diabetic person had drank it

Went to utilize the “free” birthday treat coupons. Chose the appropriate items, went to the check out, scanned the coupons and was told I OWE TAXES ON MY ”FREE” items?!?!

I love visiting this location because of the customer service by one employee in particular. I’ve encountered a female employee there and when I asked if she worked there, she answer with “what do you need.” I’ve also had similar experiences in St. Charles, it seems like people don’t want to work anymore.
However, there is an older male employee there who is very kind and friendly. He helped me use my Petco gift card and always says hello to my one-year old daughter. I really appreciate his customer service and his helpful character. I think his name might be Christopher, thanks Christopher!

The store is okay. Front register service is a bit slow, and during my recent visit I noticed the aquatics department was not well kept. A lot of alage growing on tanks and decorations and even saw a couple of dead fish floating around.

I bought a toy that I thought for sure my dog would not destroy. Well it took him about 3 hours and he completely dismantled it. They were really nice and understanding with giving me a complete refund.

If I had to give a lower review I would! This pet store does not take care and maintain their habitats and has one of the worst employees there. Avoid the fat dude with a beard at all costs! First off, his uniform does not fit him so he greets you with his belly button out and all of his junk. Secondly, he will act like he knows everything and will pressure you to buy everything when some things aren't necessarily needs but more wants. He has a snarky and nasty attitude and will constantly follow you and bug you. I have looked at numerous credible sources about pets proven by scientific research and this guy will tell you the complete opposite. I have not taken his advice once and all my pets are doing just fine. Do not go here if you are going to grab a pet and AVOID THE GUY WITH THE BEARD
