This store has helped me so much. Roman and Susie are the best and I appreciate everything they have done for me. I had an issue with my delivery and I contact Customer Service the experience let’s just say was dissatisfying. I was closed to canceling my whole order until I contact the store for additional information. Roman listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure that I be treated as a valuable customer. I am extremely pleased with this outcome and can’t wait to experience my bed. Thank you to the teamwork in the store. You guys should train the people in the office for customer service. sincerely, a satisfy customer.

Excellent customer service at the sleep number store at 1531s Randall Road, Algonquin. Mr.Dennis Foster was very professional and understanding to my needs. Very great service!! Stop by and buy your sleep number you won’t be disappointed.

Mrs. Susie was amazing she helped us with every aspect of everything knowing that I have medical issues she was able to help fit the perfect bed for me with out me being in any sort of pain. I’ve never experience anything like this before. Mrs Susie deserves a recognition for everything that she did for me today and the advice that she gave. She was unbelievable helpful and knowledgeable and had much respect for her customers. I really enjoyed meeting Mrs. Susie and am honored that she was able to help me pick out the perfect bed.

What a great experience at Sleep Number beds. Suzie took her time and explained all the features of each style of bed and what options are available. She gave us the time to talk things over without her hovering. There was no pressure sales or tactics. Awesome experience from start to finish.

Ryan P. at the Algonquin store guided us through the selection process. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and made the experience almost fun. While it took a little longer than I expected it was worth it, after testing several beds I felt like I was leaving a chiropractor appointment.

Please DO NOT purchase any of the furniture from sleep number! We purchased the lifestyle upholstered bed for over $3300.00, and approximately 5 months later the Bluetooth no longer works. Sleep Number doesn't stand behind their furniture. I've been trying to get this fixed through the company the bed is warranted through. Needless to say they're making it as complicated as possible. If you look online this is a common issue. I went in today to talk to the sales person and was informed all furniture sales are final. Please don't waste your money on something the company selling it doesn't even stand behind!

The carpentersville location's service is exceptional. Susie provided friendly and patient service. She thoroughly walked me through all options for the various beds and extras. The location is clean and pleasant.

If buying a mattress were an Olympic sport, Dennis (the General Manager) would have taken home the gold. The man is equal parts salesman, stand-up comic, and sleep guru. He somehow made talking about air chambers, firmness levels, and temperature control feel like the highlight of our week. We walked in looking for a mattress and walked out wondering if we should book Dennis for my next dinner party.
Ryan, the sales rep, was also an absolute delight—sweet, light, and welcoming. Even though Dennis handled most of the transaction (probably because he was on a comedic roll), Ryan’s friendly vibe made the whole experience feel cool, easy and comfortable, kind of like the mattress we ended up buying.
If you want to buy a bed AND leave in a better mood than you arrived, this is the spot. 10/10 would recommend… though I suspect I’ll now have unreasonably high expectations for all future furniture purchases.
