This shop is very customer oriented. I have been looking everywhere for a limited edition flavor vape that I love and the owner found some and has kept it stocked. Every time I go in, the employee is soo helpful. They have suggested some great new flavors that are similar to the flavor profile that I like. I don’t usually leave reviews but this place goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers and their prices are really affordable ?

Been a regular for years and never disappointed! I come here at least twice a week, the owner keeps his shelves stocked and there's new product in all the time! Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable! Highly recommend if you are looking for great product, pricing and customer service!

Owner is very well researched on just about anything you could ask for in there. He’s got a big background in the industry and is a respectable man. He’s got high quality products, the shelves lined with anything you’d want. If you’re hurting for cash he’ll point you happily to the cheaper options and give you a heads up if there’s something better around the same price. Beautiful pieces too. Loved everything he’s recommended me and my family and I can’t imagine shopping at any other smoke shop when I’m in IL. Thanks for the great continued service, my man! ??

Super sweet guy, sells anything you need in this industry basically, VERY KIND, listens, knows what he’s talking about unlike other shops around here. He is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!! store is very organized and clean! I am autistic and he was very accommodating towards me #autismacceptance he answered every question I asked very clearly and was very professional. He is also price accommodating. He let me try everything and opened everything to make sure nothing was broken and everything was working properly. This store and this man is amazing I highly recommend him!!
