I'd like to give an overdue, but excellent review of your sales associate, Matt Wendt. Matt assisted us last year with the tile selections for 5 bathrooms (including three accent walls), 2 laundry rooms, and a sunroom for our under construction home. The selection process ahead of us was overwhelming, however Matt broke it down into separate rooms. He lookded at our blueprint, got a sense of our preferences, colors, and style, then brought some examples of what we may like for the walls. We'd tweak the choice, then move on to the floor. He'd display the room choices together in order to visualize the look. After a few appointments at your Algonquin store and some emails, we made all the choices in a short time. He even visited the construction site to verify measurements and consulted with the builder re: installation of our tile. After living here, we are even more pleased with the selections and how well they coordinate. Matt was a huge help in getting us there!
