“Megan was AMAZING in helping me get my account information set up as well as handling some damages that accrued inside of my storage unit. She is super sweet and definitely gave me some kindness back into my stressful day. Thank you for everything! (:”
“Extremely high tech, very clean and helpful staff. The units have alarms built in, how cool is that?! I forgot to enter my code to disarm it and found the police showed up very quickly lol”
“This morning when I picked up truck, customer service woman, I think her name was Alleia, was exceptional. She was kind and patient walking me thru the phone pick up process. I am very grateful. Because she walked me thru the process so efficiently, I was able to return the truck with my phone quite smoothly. Please kindly thank her again for me.”
“I have bin coming here to them for oil changes and other work they have always found the solution to the other problems I may have had with my truck
Pricing is reasonable they have very clean restrooms and the waiting rooms are very clean
There speed is what impressed me the most they are also very good with customers overall I’m just gonna keep bringing my truck to them”
“Easy to reserve, I did everything online. When i went to my locker that day - my welcome bag was inside. What i really appreciated was that the lock packaging was pre cut for me!!!”
“Wow the staff here was some of the best I’ve seen I had a lot of questions and they were patient and helped me with everything just the level of professionalism they had was next level thanks again guys”
“I sincerely appreciate the Young man who helped today. He completed the contract then hooked the trailer up , made sure all lights worked . Excellent Customer Service”
“Just rented a 5x8 enclosed trailer. In and out with the trailer in 20 minutes time. Friendly people to do business with if you need a UHaul. Trailer was clean and ready to go. They helped attach the trailer, and I was on my way.
Would use and recommend them for UHaul rentals in the future.”
“I know the owner likes to restore older Lincoln's we have conversations that are not always about money but they do great work and have a great since of community.”
“If your first time at this location don’t be weary. Owner is very nice and helpful. All equipment is around back of the store. I usually just drive around back upon arrival and walk in the rear entry door. If renting trailers or truck do your due diligence and have the U-haul app on your mobile phone already downloaded and profile setup. Makes it so much faster.”
