We had a repair today that was covered under the warranty from a previous repair. We really appreciate their honesty and efficiency. The entire job was done in an hour, so our day was not greatly interrupted.

They have helped me in the past, they don't have the best prices. Recently I brought in a laptop with water damage that wouldn't turn on. They called me and told me it was fixed but when I arrived it wasn't working. They told me they could diagnose it again for free but if I left with it unfixed I would pay the same price. I don't appreciate that. I think a five or ten dollar credit would be reasonable. The laptop also has residue from a dirty sticker on the lid. They refused to pricematch the Virginia Beach ubreakifix because it wasnt nearby. The policy online doesn't state that anywhere.

We had a GREAT experience at the Algonquin ubreakifix. The staff were extremely professional and they replaced the screens on two phones for us (one completely shattered) in less than an hour. Smooth process, quick in and out. Couldn’t have been happier! :)

Amazing service delivered as promised, i.e. I was told that my onePlus phone would be ready in two hours with a new battery, and it was. A new battery was ordered Friday. They said it would come in on Monday. They called me Monday morning saying the battery was in, so I dropped off the phone, ran some errands and came back in after two hours. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

iPhone 13 wouldn’t charge with a cord and was starting to cause struggles in life.
The people here found some pocket lint inside of port and removed. Fast, friendly service!
