Possibly the most efficient UPS store if not shipping establishment in the area to conduct business in. The staff are very knowledgeable and are able to answer any questions, and they go out of their way to assist me and my elderly grandparent when we both visited on one occasion. They are fast even when they're short on staff. A lot of the negative reviews for this store are laughably incompetent, because many of them are problems with UPS delivery services themselves rather than the store staff. If you're looking to conduct shipping business, I HIGHLY recommend this store.

I come here often to drop off pre-labeled shipments. Hours are good, staff is always friendly, and the service is often quick. Sometime I do get stuck in a long line, but that is to be expected at an establishment such as this from time to time. Even when busy, the employees handle it well and the location keeps me coming back here often!

I came to this store to pack and insure a glass frame. This ups store packed my frame with much care. I was extremely happy with the service I was provided and how much information Anabel provided me before we did the shipment. I will be coming back for my next!

Appreciate the quick and friendly service I received from Maddie while at UPS. It is a very busy time of year and I was terrified to ship our glass figurines during the holiday chaos. I just found out my cousin received them safely. They were left to us by our grandmother and truly irreplaceable. I am so grateful for her attention to detail when packaging some of our most important memories.
