The associates at this location are very pleasant. I came in with an amazon return but I did not realize it said I needed to pack it. Manager Larry told me he would tape my box this time for me for free but politely advised me for next time to follow the instructions to avoid future charges. I thought it was really kind he took the time to offer me a free service that most places wont (Post office cough cough) as well as help me pay better attention for next time I return more stuff. It’s not always what you say but how you say it and I definitely think he has mastered his customer service skills!! Thanks for your efficiency and your kindness Larry!

I had the best customer service at this store. Madison was so helpful. She took time explaining the shredding process to me. It’s so nice to be assisted by someone who cares about what they do. Way to go Madison!

The store is convenient to me. The staff is normally pretty short with you and do not offer a lot of help. They definitely need to trained on customer service.

I have been going to this store for a long time. I had an issue with a package that we paid $200 to send by Thanksgiving, it came late and then dish was broken.The people at the store are amazing!I went back into to talk to a nice gentleman, who helped me with my information on the package. He said, "typically they do not always give back money" and I said, "do what you can do".I did not hear anything and was going to go back in and then this nice woman called me back and let me know it was going to be full refund plus the insurance.I am writing this because when you have good people that care about the customer its nice to know that you can have a good ending and it makes you want to bring every package to this store because the people care about YOU!

Always fast and friendly. I go there mostly for Amazon returns to be honest, but even if there’s a line it goes fast. Staff is patient and kind.

The individuals that work at this location. Are rude, insulting, very disrespectfull, un helpful. They ave very ignorant about their job as well as their responsibilities.

Notary charge at all UPS places is $5 per page. I went to this store and guy who notarized charged me $30 for a single page. When I asked why you are charging $30 whereas UPS standard rate is just $5, his answer was this is what he charge, if I need then do it otherwise I can go to some other place. Can I get my $25 refund?Responding to owner:Yes I was made aware and still I did notary because I had an urgency. But I have a question to you as I you are part of UPS. Can you please answer if notary charges are as per UPS policy or does it vary from store to store? Same notary in Carpentersville costed me $5 then why are you charging $30 per page?Well, it’s sad that I went to your store. Just to let you know that I had to re-do notary on all 5 pages and this time I went to a different store. They only charged me $5 per page and I totally paid $25 for 5 pages. You guys are charging lot more than other stores.

This is the worse UPS location! Don't waste your time going here. They are ALWAYS so rude to people and very unwilling to help. I wish it wasn't the closest location to me.. I would gladly drive the extra miles to go to another location to get better service than this.

1 Employees at this location has no customer service skills at all.Short Asian lady ?, doesn't say" hello", "how may I help you", or " thank you"That to me is a sign of " I don't give a s*** about you "mr customer" !!!I will be taking my business to the Huntley location !!!

Set up a noon notary appointment online a week ago, and when I showed up for my scheduled appointment I was informed that the notary was not in today and was told to go to a different location. Waste of my life.
