Gary got me a quote quickly, with multiple options and his opinion on what would work best. The time line he gave me was accurate, and he was quick to let me know when it was finished. The final product looked perfect! I could tell they cared for my property when in their care, no finger prints on body or glass, no muddy footprints on floor board etc. Gary has earned by business moving forward!

I'm not sure if they didn't understand what I wanted or just gave a ridiculous estimate to avoid the job. Came in with my suv to have some rust looked at. Just wanted the rust slowed down. Not showroom condition or anything like the sort. 2006 car. I received an estimate for $26k. I could buy a brand new car for that. No contact from the owner to even see if this estimate was correct. I'm not sure what happened, but it's kind of insulting to receive that kind of estimate. Just turn down the job or see if we are on the same wavelength. I'm not sure their motivation behind this absurd estimate. Just be careful.

Gary and his team were great, professional and caring. I had molding replaced due to wear and many car washes in the last 7+ years, as well as a cracked deflector and minor fine scratches touched up. The work was completed timely.

I had a wonderful experience with Valley Auto Body and Frame. I called them about getting a frame/rust inspection for my 16 year old vehicle. I was told to bring it in on the same day. They lifted it up, did the inspection, and treated me like a customer that they were going to charge $100. However, they didn't charge me a dime. Professional and courteous throughout. They refused my offer to pay and said "Merry Christmas" even though it's February. I will return to Valley Auto Body and Frame for any future needs. Thank you!

These guys are awesome to work with. They took a very red truck cap and paint matched it. You literally can't tell that it didn't come from the factory that way. They also took a bump with some paint scraped off and repaired it with a paint match. With this being an aluminum truck, we thought we'd have to replace the whole bed panel, but sure enough Valley Auto was able to push it out and make it look like new. They saved us a lot of money while also delivering awesome work.Services: Auto body & trim repair
