Been using Village Cleaners since we moved to the area 20 years ago. Would never go anywhere else! The husband/wife team is efficient, courteous and on point. No issues in 20 years. I should have done this review sooner. Thank you Village Cleaners!

Needed 1 cotton shirt pressed or ironed and was told "Not Today" - Good to know in an emergency like this I can't count on these Bozos

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! And the woman up front was incredibly rude. I went in here not really knowing how the dry cleaner prosess goes and the woman did not greet me at all. I said hi and said I wasn't sure what to do. She said NUMBER! So I gave her my phone number then she said what do you want? I said I have my husband's shirts to be dry cleaned. She said what kind of starch? I said I wasn't sure what's is the difference? She said no starch. I was like ok. Then she said when do you want. Again I said what are my options? I was there on a Thursday she said Monday 5 and handed me a ticket.. my husband wanted the shirts by Saturday so he called to have the day switched and again very rude on the phone. When he went to pick his shirts up he was yelled at by the same woman for paying an $8 total with a credit card and next time she won't take it. Yeah right there will never be a next time. Do not waste your time or money.. absolutely horrible business.
