It’s Saturday night at 9:30 and the Asian manager is the most unfriendly fast paced non-helpful— No hello no have a good evening. Nothing friendly just chop chop. Can’t wait to get you Get back into the back whatever’s going on back there… This is like my 10th time it used to be my neighborhood Walgreens I look forward to going to and now I can’t wait to get out of his attitude is so negative all the time it is just makes me want to go to CVS I just couldn’t take it.Valued customer can we get a card for you? Can we help you and now I’m just A number or worse and annoyance to his day this leadership style is affected by the front desk, how they act now and other members of the staffI’ve lived in this neighborhood for 20 years it used to be a great place :(

I never really had a negative experience at this particular location until recently. The older woman ringing me up at the checkout tried to scam me by giving back less rewards back than I was supposed to when their system had an error.

Pharmacy has the worst customer service of any Walgreen's I've ever seen. Rude woman pharmacist. Smart mouth always when asked anything related to the medication and pick up time.

Update: Pothole at drive-thru, be careful. See photos. Store staff is helpful and friendly. Have not had issues at the pharmacy. Store is on 1st floor. Store is well lit, clean, and aisles are wide. Drive up has 2 lanes, but it seems only the one closest to the building is used. Handicapped parking and store entrance (powered doors) are available.

I had a terrible experience with Jessica the operation manager when I came to the drive through window. The first day I asked if the prescription could be ready a little earlier since I had work and I didn’t have any other time to get my daughter her medicine. The lady at the pharmacy turned to Jessica and she didn’t take the phone from her nicely she yanked it out of her hands. Instead of talking with me she started yelling at me and telling me that I have to wait and this and that she didn’t say it in a nice way at all. Then the next day(today) I went back to see if I could get her prescription and once I got my daughters I started asking for my mom’s prescription and she started arguing with me about how she was right and that I’m wrong and once I asked her to let me speak she straight up told me “no”. After that I brought up what happened on the phone when I called one day and she tired correcting me and in a nice way I said “no no no” and she completely mimicked me and said “yes yes yes”. She’s honestly one of the worst people to come across. I wish if there is option for zero star I will give that. Victor pharmacist is really good but he was not available the time I was there. I hope this manager has to learn customer service skills.

this is possibly the worst run/managed pharmacy ive ever experienced. consistently delay my prescriptions for days at a time. on top of that, I was also there to pick up a prescription 10 minutes before they opened so I was asked to wait which was expected…however, 25 min later someone finally came by the pharmacy but instead put up a sign saying its temporary closed…so basically i was not able get a much needed prescription or transfer it.

Pharmacists have always been very helpful, friendly, and accommodating-- probably because I'm nice to THEM as well.A lot of negative reviews on here remind me of the MANY unkind people I've seen verbally abuse Pharm Techs for things that they have no control over.Honestly I feel bad they have to deal with such a rude customer base a lot of the time -- but if you're nice and act human , this pharmacy is great! Lots of kind, helpful, intelligent Pharm Techs and pharmacists in my experience!

Honestly this Walgreens is great because of the other workers and especially the pharmacy manager Victor. Victor is great and super nice! BUT Giana she works in the pharmacy is so rude. I understand people have bad days but I am asking for help in something which you can tell she didn’t want to helpMe with then she gave me attitude. I work with so many people and from different backgrounds. I felt like she was racist towards me BUT she then was rude to the next person next to me. I don’t think she likes her job.

Walgreens used to be a good organization. I just had surgery and tried their delivery service. It came quickly but the most important thing in the order was left off! apparently out of stock, but nobody called or tried to offer a substitute, or a different size of the same thing. So I'm sitting here with surgery gas and bellyache and no medicine to help. Second time a delivery order was screwed up.

Not at all responsive. They put you on call wait for 15-20 mins, never message when prescription is ready for pick up . Very disappointed with the service. Sadly

Their pharmacy hours are very limiting. Slow, very slow pharmacy. Made appointment for Covid shot, they’re 30 minutes late even though they tell us to be there fifteen minutes early or we’ll lose our spot. Pharmacist was nice, girl at counter, not so much.(should’ve gone to jewel, I’ve never waited three minutes past my scheduled appointment time) What’s the purpose of making appointments?

I recently had to change pharmacies due to my insurance. I was using CVS, which I loved. I went to this walgreens today to drop off a prescription. They're was only one guy working. I waited about 30 minutes to be taken care of. I gave my new medical insurance card to the pharmacy tech, and then got an email that said my insurance wasn't going through. I called the store back, waited on hold 15 minutes, and no one came to the phone. This is no way to be treated. HIRE SOME MORE PEOPLE TO WORK AT THIS PHARMACY.

My mom broke her nebulizer which is bad because she uses it 3 times a day. I couldn’t find a replacement and it looked like I would have to order one which would take 5 days. Vincent the pharmacist helped me locate one in the area and I was able to get it to her that evening. Excellent customer service.

Slow to fill prescriptions, prescriptions not ready when you're told they're going to be ready, slow drive-thru, same line handles prescription pickups/drop-offs and COVID tests so you can spend up to 30 minutes waiting in line when there were only two cars ahead of you. Takes the staff several minutes to acknowledge your presence even if there were cars in front of you that they just served. Issues are never addressed. Go somewhere else if you can.
