Just leaving but felt like me and my husband were being watched so hard with self check out. The employees made it completely obvious what they were doing and I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my life. If Walmart wanted to stop theft than take out self check outs and get your employees other things to do. Will not be back to this location

Tried to return an unopened product and the customer service associate stated it was past 90 days and couldn’t return it. She then rolled her eyes when I asked to speak to the manager. The manager came and she was worse. She reiterated the 90 day return policy that is no where on the receipt and said I should have checked the website. She then stated that she would see if they even scanned in their system. She proceeded to scan the item and then quickly deleted it so I wouldn’t see. Then She stated that even if I didn’t have a receipt she wouldn’t return it because it would have been over their return amount. I never knew ($80) is a high amount for a return. This location is terrible with customer service. I would think they would want to return unopened product that they sell year round AND the 365 day return with no questions on unopened product I guess only applies within the 90 day. Called customer service and was told it’s up to the manager’s discretion with returns. Walmart’s customer service is TERRIBLE and even worse in person!

What kind of sorry Walmart doesn’t have Apple Pay? It is 2024 you would think a billion dollar company would have standard way of paying. This is the worst Walmart I’ve ever been to super dirty produce is terrible and don’t even accept Apple Pay what a garbage store won’t even be back

Found what I was looking for with ease. Prices were better than Walmart's major competitor. If I shopped at the competitor store, I would have paid a lot more.

The rudeness of the service desk staff was over shadowed by the complete distain attitude my the manager. I'm a 67 disabled veteran trying to return a unopened dash camera. Nothing wrong with it wife didn't likes it. So I explained my situation and was told it w. as beyond 30 days, I haVe some procedure done and was unable to get to the store. Nó matter what I said. She said no return or store credit
