I checked Google i thought they closed at 11. The closing staff is always closing early. People get off work late and need things. They'd stay closing 10-15 minutes early

This pharmacy is horrible, especially the drive up. Expect 15 minutes per vehicle. Keep getting calls to pick up my prescriptions but who has 45 minutes to wait? I switched to the Walgreens on Randall and Algonquin and they are way way quicker.

Riddle me this! I purchased 2 boxes of band-aides for 2.99 each per their sale of buy one get one half off at the East Algonquin location. When I got home, I realized I grabbed 2 different types. Went back the next day to exchange box #2, this was to be an even exchange, different size band-aides, same price value. I was told I had to do a return for the value of 2.24 and rebuy the band-aides for 2.99. Huh? Stood there arguing over 75 cents. Finally, just returned the band-aides. If it looks like a scam, sounds like a scam...

I've filled my prescriptions with Walgreens for over 20+ years. Sadly, that came to an end this year after experiencing increasingly-atrocious service. Getting someone on the phone is an act of God. They're frequently out of medication, making patients wait for a delivery. Antibiotics need to be given ASAP. Patients can't wait a week to fill critical medications. Constant insurance issues and delays that don't occur anywhere else. I've also noticed the quality of the medication has gone down. Walgreens seems to source the cheapest offering available. It's become more and more common. Other pharmacies have no issues sourcing QUALITY generics. If you plan to pickup your RX in the drive thru, be sure you pack a snack and a book. I'm not kidding. Anytime I go thru the drive thru it's a solid half hour wait. Inside, the wait is WORSE. I have noticed many Medicare plans this year dropped Walgreens from their preferred list. This should tell you how bad the service has gotten. I suggest transferring your medicine to another pharmacy- unless you like to wait and burn time. It's sad to walk away from a brand I grew up with. A brand I trusted. Now, I get a horrible attitude and refusal to order in medicine the doctor requested. Save yourself the frustration.

If I could do less than a star I would. Customer service is terrible most of the time. This location has been ripping off residents for incorrect pricing in their computer for Groot garbage stickers since Sept 2019 when the price was changed to 2.75 ea. This location still charging 3.00 ea! So beware on your receipt & have to get a refund next visit. Last prescription I filled took 4 days for something they should never have been out of stock on. Said would be ready next day, no one called to announce delay, then told 2 different times 2 different days would be ready; then when finally ready, no one called & I had to call again.
