My old car had a lot of problems and issues but once I took it to A-Auto I was greeted and taken care of by the mechanics and Nathan. Nathan took care of getting me the correct parts and communicating back and forth with the mechanics about what needed done. The pricing was very affordable and I would highly recommend A-Auto for any work you need done! ??

This company is the worst towing company I have ever seen they lie over and over they towed a semi of the freeway and they told us they had two trucks one for truck and one for the trailer and when we got to there shop to pick it up The guy in the office made a phone called the guy in the back and he said on the speakerphone that the truck was still hooked to the trailer so they towed it as one Unit for charge for two and then they have a $200 gate for you to haul it out to the road this is ridiculous

My first time using this shop after a referral from a friend. They were really fast, and their price was much lower than another repair shop. As a woman it's hard to find car repair places that you can trust, so I was happy to find A-Auto and Truck.

Brought a truck in for IDOT inspection. The inspector made a mistake and shorted us 6 months on our re-inspection due date. I went in to get the issue corrected and the tech laughed in my face and asked if the company is hurting for money. He then refused to refund or correct the issue even after acknowledging he made the mistake. This place is absolutely unprofessional. During the inspection another tech was painting the roof of a large work van directly next to my truck with no barrier stopping overspray onto other customers vehicles.Service: Vehicle safety inspection
