charged us $300 to break our machine. offered to take it to their shop for testing free of charge. received a $2k bill to fix the item that they broke! wildly unprofessional company.

Stopped in a McDonalds 20 minutes ago. There was a man behind the counter. I said "excuse me" and he looked up and said " I don't work here, do I look like I work here". He works for this company and was servicing Mc Donalds in Park Ridge. Careful who represents your company, he makes you guys look bad. His DL plate was 438214. Maybe I should also contact Mc Donalds.

I took my soft serve machine into the store the week of july 4th. They told me they repaired it & did a tune up on it. I opened up july 4th & lost money. The right side of the machine did not work still, it was leaking ice cream all over. I called & left a message & never got a call back. So i dropped it off again last week, went back & picked it up this week. I put ice cream in it & now had to drain it because the hoppers are not at the right temperature. I called Taylor back today & still havent got a reponse. Im not very happy with this company. Besides how much money i have already spent there & cant even get a call back.
