Part Two I get a phone call to come back because some how the tire is available now and I agree. On way back the manager call and ask if I want the tire because of my review. I'm confused because I just agreed to come back but tell the manager we can talk when I get back. Long story short he is upset with my review, tried to accuse me of being hostile when I suggested the associate asked me to come back, I agree, why are you calling me? Well it's because he's offended and sis's the review was not fair. He concluded with get out of my store and don't ever come back. This store has bad reviews and now I know why..:it's the Managment in Alsip. I really like Belle Tire but there is room for improvement. I called at 830 this morning regarding a tire repair via my warranty. The guy had info on all vehicles in the home and asked which one I was calling about without telling him my name...nice. Explained what I needed and he confirmed the tires I have on my vehicle. I assumed he also checked the tire was available...I was wrong. I waited at least 2hrs only to be informed my tire would not be available until Friday. My last visit was to MattesonBelle Tire. I think I'm going back there as all Belle Tires are not created equally. I didn't leave discount tire for this nonsense. My time is valuable and this is a flaw in the process. Don't tell me to come in and you have not confirmed if the tire (1) is in stock.

On Nov. 29th I made an appointment for Dec. 1st. The sales person made my appointment for 4pm. On Dec. 1st I arrives at 4:05pm. I was informed my appointment time didn't matter. I was there until after they closed, 8pm. I was told I would have to come back for my alignment check because the technician was gone for the day. Now two weeks later I come back for the alignment check and now they say I need an alignment. I agree to get it and wanted to use the belle bucks. I didn't have them with me because I just stopped in. Now I have to come back again and wait. I just feel as a customer, I'm the one jumping through hoops to spend my money. No thanks, I'll take my business somewhere else.

Had new tires installed in Carbondale Illinois on my daughter’s car while at school. Tires were 1 month old. Maybe 500 miles on them. She’s in for Xmas and I noticed the tire was a little low. Saw a piece of metal in tire. Removed the tire and called Bell Tire. Regina told me to bring it in and they would see what they could do. Dropped it off at 130. Called me to pick it up at 4. When I got their Regina told me they had removed the tire from the rim and put a patch on it from the inside, told me there was no charge. I couldn’t believe it. She said they don’t charge for tire repairs. I’ve never been so floored by the honesty and integrity of Regina. She could have said it was 40 dollars and I would have paid. I got an estimate for tires for my truck as well. Great job Regina. Appreciate the great service! You have a customer for life. Thank you..

I just wanted to say my experience with Mike was exceptional. He was very professional, polite and pleasant to speak with. He gave us options as to what kind of tires to purchase and gave us a great price as well. Thank you, Mike, for all your help and I will come back here for all my tire needs from now on. I will also make sure to spread the word around about this place. Thank you again for everything.

They’re so kind at this location and don’t beat around the bush about wait times/what’s going on with your car. They also charge pretty fairly compared to other places! My go to location for anything with tires!

Ordered tires on 11/29/25. Was told tires would arrive on the following Monday. Called Tuesday and was told tires had arrived. I waited to Thursday 12/4 and called again to confirm was assured they were there by store representative. Came in on Friday 12/5 for installation. Checked in waited more than 45 minutes and was called to the counter and told my prepaid tires had never arrived. Was told they would be reordered to arrive on Monday 12/8/25. Called twice with no actual confirmation spoke to assist manager and demanded the service. Arrived at 3:35 pm stood in line for nearly 15 minutes and was finally checked in my the store manager who gave no apologies for the inconvenience and series of lies. I would not recommend location. I told the manager of how unhappy I am about their lack of accountability and unapologetic behaviors.

Nothing wrong with the actual service to my tires that I've noticed just yet as we just picked the car up tonight. We went to pick up the car near closing after calling and they said it was alright. When we walked up our car was up front and a few techs were outside the garage right next to it. We asked the tech (not sure what his name is but he had dreadlocks and I believe a tattoo on his neck) if he had the key for the car, as the business was closed at the time. He said "no it's inside", with an attitude. As we walked away to go inside the building, we heard "why the f*ck you walking up on me? does it look like I have the f*cking key on me?" And then laughed with the other tech. Loud enough for us to clearly hear two steps away. I'm in customer service and to me it doesn't matter if your closed, you're still on the clock and agreed to allow one more customer to pick up their car, you should be professional and polite. The only reason I didn't say anything at the time was because the man who helped us inside was very polite. Still, we won't be back to this location.

They easily accomadated my needs even though they were very, very busy (Friday after Thanksgiving and big sales). Everyone I spoke to were patient, kind, professional. Rashea and the gentleman that was working alongside him especially .

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at Belle Tire. I came in at 10 AM for 4 new tires. At that time the asst. manager Rashea Gavin would not give me a time estimate but assured me it would not be too long. At 11:15 I saw on the scrolling board that I would not be finished until 1:14. When I asked Rashea about this he said that was wrong and I would be seen soon. At 12:30 when my car had still not been seen, I asked for my key and prepared to leave. Rashea then came to me and said he would pull me in next. He brought my vehicle in at 12:45. They finished at 1:30. 3and a half hours. Had they been honest about the times, I would’ve scheduled for another day. Instead I lost This time on my only day off.

If your getting anything other then tires their way over priced. I needed lower stable bars on the front end. They quoted 1800 dollars. Took it to another mechanic shop and got the job done for 750. Wow come on Bell

Absolutely ridiculous. Was told I’d be helped shortly. It’s been 2 hours and mechanics are playing tag on other side of glass. What a joke.
