Alejandra explained everything very well. Pretty straightforward with the fees and the monthly payments. They even have 3 days trial to try their gym and all of their equipment. We love this gym so far. Clean equipment and not too crowded so far.
For $28 per month you can use multiple locations which is great. Great experience so far, I’ll recommend it to my family and friends

The prices and fee structure for this gym are really frustrating.
As a college student who spends the school year out of state, I don't want to be forced to pay $99 in annual club membership fees when I'm only going to be using the gym for 1-3 months in the entire year.
Staff are great, equipment is great, app works ok, never had problems with parking or theft. Honestly if it weren't for the pricing this would be an easy 5 stars, but what can you do.

You get what you pay for honestly. It gets the job done when it comes to the equipment for the price. The Staff are nice and pleasant which you can't get at every gym. The place is HOT. It's a 95 degree day and it's 79-81 in here and muggy. I'm sweating more in here walking in before I do my workout than I was outside. It's dirty. The fans are originally white, but are currently black. The vents look like they haven't been cleaned in years which is scary cause that's what we're breathing in. Neither of these things are on the employees but on management. Take better care of your facility. Make people feel comfortable while working out. That's what we pay

Terrible gym staff has no training they pass out and can’t make it through their training programs the GM is a little boy whole gym is a circus of clowns highly recommend u do yourself a favor and just go workout somewhere else.

Leave people alone, trying to walking in front of me for no reason. Im trying to get a professional workout in. Why are there so many people like this only in Chicago area? No hot water, I mean I understand if you dont want somebody to leave it running at night but 11am on a Friday, are you trying to save a dollar?

Lots of good games but when they close they just shut you off and push you out. Literally they shut all the power off at once while the kids are playing. Would be nice to get a 15 minute warning so you can get the kids prepared to leave.

I enrolled after LA Fitness closed. It's okay but it's always so hot and funky in there. Yes yes I know it's a gym but it's gagging at times. Crack a door open or something lol

Less groups of teen agers or young adults than the one at ford city. I really enjoyed the two times I’ve been here. Everyone has been very respectful so far.

I absolutely love ? my gym in Alsip. I have been going 4 times per week since I can remember. I always see so many familiar faces; everyone is very nice. The staff are also kind and the workers in the morning are constantly cleaning up and picking up weights that were not put away from the night before. They also vacuum around the equipment and sell protein drinks and food behind the register. Its very welcoming here. I have been going there for 20 years.

It’s not cheap. I’m paying about $45 per month for two people but I do have the option to go to other locations. Equipment is great. Staff seem nice. Parking can be tight because there’s a day care center next door.
