I went there a couple of days ago because I was trying to get a price on replacement of all the front end parts being replaced on my car. I was going to get a couple of prices and go with not necessarily the cheapest but what I felt was fair for the quality. I spoke to the guy in charge at the counter who was very arrogant and non business like and i explained i had a place look at it and price it, but they could not do it for a while. I knew the parts were old and it definitely needed all of that or atleast most but let's just replace it all and do it right and could he quote me on it and if it was in the ballpark I'd get it done. He said I don't play that? What? I asked what do you mean? He said I need to see it ,and I said fair enough go ahead please.He asked for license plate and other things and I gave the information ect. I said well are you going to look at it? He said no bring it Mon and we will. He then said he couldn't look till Monday and there will be a charge of 77 dollars and some change if I don't get it done. He was very cocky and his tone was not like that of someone that wanted the business. 😔 ,Right after that I left and went to another place and not only did they take the car in but they are also replacing struts shocks brakes rotor front and back amongst other things, and also they did not give me attitude! So if he thought I was just getting prices he was wrong. I wouldn't go there again, that was the second time because I went there about air conditioning and he was the same way. Very rude? I've been in business a long time and I never talked to my customers like that. and any way it was a waste of mytime!!!! The fact is I was not is I won't be talked to like that. No Thanks I will go somewhere else, like I did!

Place is hit or miss. Did a great job with my driveshaft and balancing of tires.
Not really efficient when it comes to doing alignments. Told me to drop car off 8am next day shouldn't be a problem getting alignment done. Next day show up at 8am, now I can't get the car back until Friday. Unfortunately I live in Indiana and work in Illinois so while I can uber from my job to this place, I can't leave my car there until Friday because then I'd have to uber from Indiana to here.
If this was communicated from the beginning I wouldn't have wasted my time

Called and asked if I can get an alignment for the following day. Was told “No problem, bring it in tomorrow morning at 8:00.” Arrived following morning at 8:00am and was told they wouldn’t even get to it until next week. Waste of time.

I have been a customer of Chicago Driveline for a while. I highly recommend these guys if you want an honest estimate for service performed on your car. I know when I pick up my vehicle, I haven’t been up charged for unnecessary repairs. Maurice is a great guy and values you as a customer, please give these guys a try.

The guys are great maurice and joe are fantastic very good at what they do they even said thank you and shook my hand when picking up my car they also send pictures of what they find before starting the job that was a first for me I highly recomend them.
