Worst gas station ever had me swipe card 3 tomes i told him 20 on 7 he put 10 then i said 20 agsin he put 13 aftrr that i wasnt swiping my card anymore they refused to give me my money back and wanted me to swipe my card again and he kept sayin it will be back on card in 2 mins im tellinh him it dosent work like that i spend at least 500montly there on filling up also snacks at work i will never be back like ever also im filimg a complaint with circle k corporate

The gas pump here are the worst. Half of the displays don’t even work. Literally never coming here again. I’ll go to the Shell across the street. At least their pumps work.

I went to use my circle k rewards for gas, but I was told my card was not valid because the gas wasn’t circle K. ??♂️

My son went in to redeem some lottery scratch offs today 5/23 at 1:40 pm and the individual told him it was not a winner, my son showed him the matching numbers and he still argued with him, the ticket was indeed a $100 winner as we checked it on the lottery site. I am not from Illinois but was visiting before going on to Indiana to stay with my son. Now I have to mail in my ticket and wait to get the payment. Your individual was a complete j****

Today at 6:45-7pm I went to get gas at the gas station by my house. I had my daughter go in and tell the guy $20 on pump 15. I stood there waiting & the screen kept saying wait a moment. I went in and told the guy & he said no one paid. I had to then go & get my kids from the car for my daughter to show me which guy she gave the money to. He then proceeded to tell me she said pump 14 which pump 14 was out of service! As I walked back in for the third time he proceeded to tell me he said pump 13! I've never had something like this happen & be told there's nothing he can do about it, do you realize how horrible it was to try & get back home with no gas and no other money in my pocket to pay again. The man had zero care about the situation as well, horrible customer service from this store.

I used to come to this store all the time to get some Gas or some snacks at first it was a great experience then it became my worst nightmare! They kept on overcharging me ! Thinking I wouldn't notice . This has happened more than once by the way . Next I bought some chips and they were expired! I called and politely asked for my money back or at least an exchange. I did not receive anything .
