We worked with Coin-O-Matic to replace all of the washers and dryers in our condo building, and the whole Coin-o-Matic team were very responsive from submitting a bid, to scheduling, helping us get the new bluetooth payment accounts set up for our residents. Joe, Chris, Steve and Sharon were terrific to work with on our install and set-up. Highly recommend.

Coin O Matic is the worst laundry service I’ve ever experienced. The laundry room in my building hosts 2 washers and dryers by them and I’ve lost money in the machines more times than I like to count. The dryers do not dry the clothes properly no matter what I do. When I call for repairs or refunds the customer service is worst than the machine’s performance! They don’t care. There’s no sense of urgency at all. I will be speaking to my HOA board to replace the machines with a more efficient and competent laundry machine service.

Poor communication, they expect you to sit and twiddle your thumbs an entire day while waiting for them to deliver your purchase. When I called to find out when it would be delivered I got a major dose of attitude!

Not sure I'm supposed to use Yelp for this as this business is not local. I live in a different state and had something shipped to me. Someone tried to break into the coin trays in our laundry room and 10 of them had to be replaced. Spoke to a nice man on Friday and received the trays on Monday. Also, they had the best price of all the places I checked. I couldn't be happier.

The service is horrible. I have been for the last 2 weeks inquiring about purchasing a speed queen gas dryer. I have spoken to Joe and the secretary that answers the phones. I still have not been given answers to my questions. The secretary informs me that he is on another line or out of the office. Terrible. I will go with home depot, the whirlpool coin operated gas dryer even though I have the speed queen Quantum gold front load washer. Never will make a purchase from Coin o matic. I should have listened to a friend of mine that owns several laundromats and previously did business with coin o matic. He told me they are shady and to stay away from them. I now know he was telling the truth.

We h ave this coin-matic service in the co-op building where I live, lost money on my card, call the company spoke with Kathy was told to mail card with my information. Which I did and put attention judy, I miss understood and put theName Julie, however kathy claimed that their was no card received which was not true. It is SAD that this company is cheating people out of their Money. The fact that it was only $5.00 .

The Parts Department is great! They have always had everything I have ever neededin-stock. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful & friendly.The Service Schools have been a great opportunity to learn more about my Speed Queen equipment. A hands-on approach from the pros, they encourage questions.Coin-O-Matic in Alsip is a also a good source for good, used Speed Queen equipment.
