I can’t say enough good things about this shop. Finding a mechanic you can truly trust isn’t easy these days, but from the moment I walked in I felt like I was in good hands thanks to Hatim, and all ghe staff! They’re honest, upfront, and take the time to actually explain what’s going on with your car instead of just throwing numbers at you.
What really stood out to me is the care they put into their work you can tell they treat every car like it’s their own. They never push unnecessary repairs, and the prices are more than fair for the quality and peace of mind you get.
It’s rare to find a place that combines skill, integrity, and genuine kindness the way they do here. I left knowing my car was safe, and even more importantly, that I’d found “my mechanic” for the long haul. FRIEND RECOMMENDED THESE GUYS FOR ME AFTER A DIFFERENT PLACE GAVE A 5300 ESTIMATE, THE FATHER IS AWESOME AND THEY ARE THE NICEST PEOPLE AT ANY SHOP IVE EVER STEP FOOT IN IN MY 59 YEARS. THEY GOT EVERYTHING DONE FOR ME LESS THAN 3000$ WHEN THE LAST SHOP TRIED CHARGING ME OVER 5000$!!!!! I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED OVER 3 PEOPLE TO COOL RITE!! WITH MANY MORE INCLIDING ALL MY FAMILY. THIS IS THE ONLYYYY SHOP ANYONE SHOULD GO TO!!!

Great customer service. Answered all of my questions in a patient manner. I dropped my car around 8:00ish and was able to pick it up by 4. Quick service and the cost was reasonable. I drove all the way from Hyde Park so that should tell you about their service. 🙂 TY!!

Battery issue - Hadam was very diligent in troubleshooting the issue with my battery. After going back and forth with AutoZone only to be told the batter was good, I went to CoolRite, Hadam checked out my battery, called me and told me the battery was reading at 30%. I later found out that AutoZone gave me the wrong battery for my vehicle. Thankfully, the old battery was still under warranty. Hadam, installed the new battery and I was on my way.
