1st time at this establishment today 1/9/26 probably won't go back honestly...
Costumer service 10/10
Actual car wash 7/10 (Didn't open truck to wipe water out) & (inside vacuum in my opinion could be way better I give that a 4/10)
After paying $36 for a wash you shouldn't have to worry about that

Line outside is not controlled. Called the office to let them know a car is cutting the line and he doesn’t do anything about it. Won’t see me there again

It was horrible, have been going to this place for a long time. I guess the business was sold because there were only young kids working , when my car was ready my husband noticed it was missing the 4 floor mats, the owner was more worried about our car holding the line than to figured out what happened.
He got my phone number and never heard back from them, I called back 3 times and one of the times they told me I could look at a mountain of floor mats that was there to look for my mat. This is ridiculous, I saw the bunch of mats sitting there but had no idea why, now I see it happens all the time , Irresponsible company , I left a message and my phone number several times and never got a call back.
Of course they don’t want to pay me back for a new floor mats.
Never going back there and I do not recommend their services.

I purchased their VIP program for my first wash for my new car purchased in May 2024. It was pointed out to me that there were 2 scratches above the door. I watched them wash my vehicle so it wasn’t from equipment, but I did notice that the staff wear jeans/khakis and jump on top of the car to wipe the hood down so I figured that’s how it happened. I don’t live this way and believed they were closed so I went by there a week later. The owner (Arthur) said because I took so long to notify them he’s not taking responsibility for the scratches. I told him I can’t trust them with my car so I want a refund. He refunded my money for the unused washes (should have refunded my first wash) and he was done. No offer to make it right or try to keep a customer. Make sure you thoroughly check your vehicle if you take a chance on them.

We take both our cars to this wash and we are more than satisfied about the results. The price is favorable, you may have a bit of a wait depending on when you go. However, this one of the best spots. Seating is a little small, but you’re getting a car wash not a hotel room. Read a book, leave a tip please. The people work hard and as such, give them a tip! I always do.

They don't deserve even one star. In 25 years of taking my cars to the wash, this has been the worst of the worst, and I paid for the deluxe. My Yukon was left all muddy inside. They didn't even take the time to arrange the mats correctly. It was the first time and I won't be going back. Whoever reads this, I hope you think about it many times before going there. These are a few photos of how it turned out. I can continue putting more photos, but I don't think it's necessary with the explanation.

Came in today. The quality has gone way down. Seems they're more focused on get you in & out, then a good wash. Vacuuming is shotty. Dirt & bugs everywhere still on my suv. Even on windshield, doors & grill. I mentioned it, they said if I wanted bugs off I needed to say so in the beginning. Are they serious? This has happened too many times. Everything is an extra money upgrade, where in the past attention & quality was the standard. Also, what's with pushing the extra cost tire dressing? I'm tired of the overpriced dusting they call a car wash. I won't be back.
